Fabulous stay, we will be back

We loved the home and the community. Great set up for 2 families with teenagers. Parents stayed in the main home and we put all the kids downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great family vacation

This location was easy to get to. The house was awesome. The maid daily was exceptional. She was so pleasant to have around and so helpful. The property manager was responsive. We had one issue with the jacuzzi. But they did get us past that. The location to the beach is very nice as well and the walk down is easy. It's nice to be able to walk to the restaurant next door but just be careful to time the tides!

Incredible stay at a beautiful property

A group of 11 ladies stayed here to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. We were greeted by Jackie and a very welcoming team who made our stay very enjoyable. The concierge team coordinate two chef meals to be cooked at the house - so reasonable and delicious - and also arranged private transport to/from the airport and restaurant. We had a few minor issues that were promptly addressed and Jackie was a quick text away. The house is very clean and well kept and the views are incredible. One thing to note is that the 3 downstairs bedrooms can only be accessed by taking the stairs by the pool to the lower floor (cannot be access from inside). It's hard to tell that from pictures, but it did not impact our stay. Thank you to the owner and Sun Cabo for making our stay very relaxing!

The property owner, Kathleen, is extremely controlling. I needed written consent to have my next-door neighbor walk over to sit by the pool with me. On our first night, the owner sent her property manager over to the house. He pretended to be an Uber driver but was actually just counting the number of people in the main room. The neighborhood has noise restrictions after 10PM and will fine you for violating them. Not the place for you if you want to relax and have fun.

Luxury, convenience & comfort at Casa Maravilla

The entire staff made our stay ideal! My parents, my husband & I w/our two boys, my sister, her husband and their two girls all stayed comfortably! An amazing housekeeper kept everything fresh, clean and stocked daily, the property manager was incredible, Lucy had groceries delivered and stocked when we arrived, we were welcomed with margaritas, (regular and virgin), quesadillas made on the spot, guacamole, pico and chips! đŸ€€ She arranged 4 masseuses to give us massages at the house simultaneously and arranged a fishing charter for us, (where my oldest caught his first marlin! 🙌), and addressed any issues quickly! The house is beautiful, it was an unforgettable vacation!

Layout, pool, beach access are all sublime. In my Cabo experience, it doesn’t get any better than Caleta and I don’t know how a house could be any better.

Perfect, large luxury space for a group of friends to have their own space, and want to be outside

We had a group of six couples come together to celebrate my guy's birthday, and this space was awesome for us -- every room feels like it has it's own personal space and you don't feel like you're on top of each other. I chose this house because it looked like it had the most outdoor space and that's where we wanted to spend the most of our time, and that definitely didn't disappoint - there were enough lounge chairs for everyone to layout, eat outside at the circle table, and play games in the lounge area with outdoor speakers, too.The pool was a good size with a shallow ledge for some of us to lay out, and the hot tub being big enough for everyone was a plus. The house was really nice and had great amenities and comfortable beds. We did not use the kitchen but had a private chef and everything was awesome i.e. there was enough utensils, coffee maker, etc. Easy time accessing the house and cleaning staff each day was awesome. Re location: for us it was great close to golf courses, about a 20-25 min drive to Flora Farms/Acre for a fun night out for drinks/dinner, and the bar at One and Only is a 5 min cab ride away. Security was very strict and we always felt safe. There is a taxi stand IN Palmilla, so they are a 10 min call away for easy transport. Also, this house is literally across the street through a back walkway and paved, beautiful stairs to a little beach which was also a definite perk! When the tide is down you can walk it. The only negatives is that three of the bedrooms are on a bottom level, and the only way to access them is by going down the stairs by the pool. This was advantageous for our group because it gave everyone enough space, and then three couples bedrooms have it's own patio, but I can see where this may not be the best depending on the age group.

Perfect!

Perfect location, close to the best swimmable beaches! Great house with lots of outdoor living space that includes a fun pool, fire pit and plenty of seating. Sun Cabo Vacations did an amazing job. We had pre-arrival stocked groceries and a chef every morning. Everything was perfect! Anna, our concierge, was super helpful and attentive. The house was cleaned beautifully everyday and the beach towels were plentiful and always replenished. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Beyond Fantastic!

Upon arrival we were met with the house manager and chef serving chips and guacamole, margaritas, and hot off the grill cheese quesadillas. The home is so huge and yet comfortable with more place to sit and gather than anyone can imagine. We spent most of our time on the beautiful covered patio terrace overlooking the pool. The place is enormous and just a shot walk to the beach which is actually a very sweet sandy cove. All the rooms are top notch so no one should feel they got the "kids" quarters.Management took care of all our transportation needs in advance of all the wedding events our family was attending. It was a 5 star holiday. Don;t give this property and company a second thought. You will not be disappointed!!!
