Great property but area a bit noisy
I do recommend this beautiful condo for comfort, space, view, amenities, etc. The lobby and pool spaces are lovely. I would stay here again. A few considerations: 1. No dishwasher2. Locals play very loud music at night on the side of the building we were on3. There were a few a/c glitches (too cold) but was quickly fixed by on-site contact.

Breathtaking location, pretty and nicely appointed condo
The property was lovelier than expected – – the photos don’t quite do it justice. The location is perfect – – essentially between San Jose Del Cabo and Palmilla. Incredible moonlit vistas of the ocean at night and ability to swim right off the shore (but be careful of big breakers). We did have a car, which was helpful exploring beaches farther up the coast on the sea of Cortez, checking out Todos Santos and getting in and out of San Jose Del Cabo area. The check-in process with Pablo was very pleasant and we recommend ordering margaritas, quesadillas, chips, guacamole, and salsa on arrival. We felt welcome and taken care of. Kristen was exceptionally helpful when we had questions.

Beautiful Apartment for Family Vacation
This was a great place for my family (2 kids under 3 years old, myself and partner, and my mom) to stay. It is right on a beautiful beach that is pretty swimmable. The kids were outside enjoying the beach and awesome pool most of the time. There is a very good restaurant a short walk on the beach that we went to every day and other dining options walking distance. Uber is very easy to use from here and we had no problem going into town and getting back home. The only note is that there is music blasting most of the day until 10pm or so at night so it made it hard to put the kids for a nap. Also there happened to be major construction happening in the next door apartment with very loud hammering and power tools all day long our final two days there. Overall it was a great space and we would be happy to return.

believe the negative reviews- skip this place.
Unless your idea of a vacation is to deal with issues at the unit that you are paying for, keep on looking for a rental.
The best part about the unit is the view of the beach. Other than that it needs a lot of TLC.
The loud music from the beach went on until 9:30pm and the "restaurant" was closed more than it was open. It only accepts cash too.

Very Nice Condo
The condo was a perfect getaway for the week with a family of four. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The location took a little getting used to, but we grew to love it. It's right next to a popular public beach, so it seemed we would be in for some long and rowdy nights. However, authorities made sure everything was shut down by a certain hour, and we loved watching the surfers.
We also loved meeting Pablo upon arrival, and Cabo Property Management was very communicative from the time we landed. We had an issue with the air conditioning the day of arrival, but Pablo stayed on top of it until it was resolved, and we never had the issue again for the rest of the week. Kristen was especially helpful during our stay. She was able to recommend a doctor and set up a personal visit for covid tests before our departure. She also booked a sunset cruise for us and got us a great deal. There were plenty of local restaurant recommendations in the house manual, and we found some that weren't listed. All the food was phenomenal.
The condo was a quiet place for families in an absolutely beautiful location with a postcard view of the Sea of Cortez from the balconies, pool, etc. That combined with the hospitality from Cabo Property Management will bring us back.

The views from this place are INSANE. You are right on top of the beach and centered directly in front of Zipper's surf spot. The pool and hot tub look directly out at the break. The condo itself is gorgeously appointed, brand new and doesn't lack for anything other than a dish washer. Having a washer/dryer in unit was great and there were all the supplies you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only possible downsides to this condo are walkability to any other businesses. Without a car, you're limited to about 1 other casual cafe down the beach or the bar on property which is only open from about 12-5pm, cash only and orders out from another restaurant so it takes a long time to get food. The nearest little market is a bit of hike and across the road - definitely arrange for groceries to be pre-delivered to your place or rent a car so you can hit up the La Comer. Ubers are not great for grocery runs. Also, the kitchens are not really set up for cooking and eating in as there's little counter space or pantry space and no dishwasher. However, we didn't mind because there's so many awesome restaurants in San Jose to choose from.

Lovely Condo with a beautiful view
The apartment is located in a modest sized, extremely well maintained building. The furnishing, dishes, towels, linens, soaps were all of the best quality. The view of the ocean and the sound of the breeze were a constant reminder of the great location.
Access to the beach, use of a nice pool, the furnishing in all of the public areas made relaxation our number one activity.
The small staff at the complex were available for questions and assistance and were a very nice group of people. The contact for the rental is Cabo Property Management. Kristen Bravo (their agent) went above and beyond providing us resources for transportation, Covid testing (for return to USA), check-in, and ideas for activities. She answered every phone call and email no matter how small or large the question. We cannot thank her enough.

An extra bonus!!! Cabo the best way!
This property is cozy and perfect for a stay in Cabo. We rented this unit and the unit above for a Family of 8. It worked out perfect for all us. The amenities are first class! What a view!
