Punto Nima is not only beautiful, but it is incredibly secure with a front lobby attendant and on-site security to ensure that guests are comfortable at all times.



The property has a door code that will allow for seamless entry without the need for physical keys and The Agency Baja will happily welcome you to the property and perform a complete walk-through to ensure that no detail has been overlooked.



The Neighborhood:

If there was such a thing as a "perfect" location, this might just be it.



Guests of the property can easily walk to the beach, a very high-end grocery store, and an abundance of the best restaurants featured in the Hotel Zone of San Jose del Cabo.



For those looking to enjoy the famed Thursday night Art Walk in downtown San Jose del Cabo you are just a 5 minute drive away, where you can find stunning street artists. vendors, food, and fun for the whole family.



Getting Around:

Given the incredible location of this property a car is not necessary, however, for those looking to explore the greater Los Cabos area, the property does come with a covered parking spot in the underground garage.



If you opt out of a rental car, The Agency Baja is happy to provide private transportation to/from the airport or to any activities or attractions you may wish to enjoy.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 4 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $1,000 USD penalty.

- Condo Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
