Room was small but had a decent size bathroom. Some artwork on walls would make it look more welcoming. Service was ok. Not very helpful when it came to asking about the brochures they had available for tours. The food would have been great if it were more Costa Rican style. Food was not appetizing but there is a nearby cafe in walking distance that serves good traditional food. I would expect more for the cost of staying here.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious (and the hours were convenient!), the property was clean and safe, the pool was small but very nice with lots of seating options. The location was also perfect, close to the airport but not noisy and very convenient with lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice basic hotel in Alejuela. It was Christmas time and Alajuela was festively decorated. Many nearby reataurants , walkable friendly city. Less busy than San Jose. Near airport

We stayed two nights a week apart. the first stay we were on the second floor and so had a relatively quiet stay. The second night we were on the ground floor at the base of the stairwell - not so quiet there. Overall though the service was good. The rooms were clean. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and helpful. So overall a good spot to stay if one is heading out or into San Jose via air flights.

The pool is adorable, free breakfast is ok, room was clean, airport shuttle back to airport was very handy. But trying to arrange it for when I arrived fell on deaf ears. There is no way to contact them and they stopped replying through hotels.com so I was stranded and had to pay 8000 colognes for an Uber. The location is SO noisy, traffic, people outside yelling and screaming. Not sure I would recommend.
