We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay in this space designed for you! We expect you to help us with the following guidelines:

• Check-in time is at 03:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need to make an adjustment, please let us know in advanced and we’ll try to help you.

• We already sent an authorization email to the lobby. When you arrive to the building, please present your guest’s ID as well as your own (such as the passport, identity document, driving license, etc.) and give the concierge the apartment number XX so they can speed up this process

• Please take care of the apartment as it is yours and help the environment by turning off the lights and devices when not in use and making rational use of the water. If you wish to recycle please leave the materials in the basement #1 (S1). Do not throw any glass bottles in the trash duct.

• Be silent and discreet in the apartment and common areas, especially at night. Avoid loud noises. Parties are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment nor on the balcony. There’s a designed area outside the building on Altea’s Pop Up Store corner.
(Penalty Fee $ 200)

• Please do not use the towels to remove make-up since it will damage them.
(Penalty Fee $ 20)

• Do not throw objects and/or trash in hallways, common areas, balcony or windows.

• No hanging or placing clothes, rugs or any other type of item in areas that are visible from the common areas of the building or the balcony itself.

• Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Let us know if you want to invite someone so that we can help you and avoid any trouble. There are security cameras in the building.
