The staff was great...very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great...a variety of options available. The room was clean and fine, but the couch in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on...the cushions don't hold you up.

★★★★★ Estadía perfecta El hotel superó mis expectativas: habitaciones impecables y silenciosas (dormí sin un solo ruido), áreas comunes muy limpias y un ambiente que transmite seguridad en todo momento. La comida del restaurante fue deliciosa a cualquier hora, y tener restaurante y casino 24/7 fue un plus enorme. El staff, además, fue súper amable y resolutivo desde el check-in hasta el check-out. En resumen: todo perfecto; excelente relación calidad-precio. Volvería sin dudar y lo recomiendo totalmente.
