I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The lobby was filled with prostitutes, once I got to my room, the air conditioning didn’t work, the AC unit wouldn’t even turn on. The glass door for the closet wouldn’t stay in its track and fell into the closet when we tried to use it. It was very hot but we couldn’t open the windows because it was so loud outside our window until 4am. There was constant music, people yelling and car alarms. The hallways were also very noisy with clientele. On our second night, the neighbor was smoking and our room was so full of smoke it was causing us to cough, even though smoking in the hotel rooms is not allowed. We checked out after 2 nights and found another hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable but this hotel felt like a brothel and changing rooms would not have made me any more comfortable.

Halloween Business Trip

Traveled to San Jose for a Business trip. Stayed at the hotel over Halloween. They dis a wonderful job of decorating the facility for a large Halloween party, unfortunately a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert took place on Halloween so the party was canceled. Hotel Has a good restaurant, Several bars and good security for all people entering. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I'll be back. A good stay.
