The customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to help with any questions I had about the area.
The room was very small but I did stay in the economy suite with two twin beds. The water pressure was very low. The bidet was not easy to access from the toilet because it is in the shower and the water pressure was too low on the hot or warm setting.
The room was very clean.
They have a nice breakfast with a wide selection of options to choose. Rice porridge with condiments, salami, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, American bacon (not crispy), pancakes with real maple syrup as a choice of topping, many choices of breads and pastries, nondairy options for cereals and coffee, and 4 different choices for juices. The dining area is very nice and clean and the baristas are very friendly and helpful.
You can’t beat the location. A block away from the Centrale Marketo, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 20 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio, 15-20 minutes walk to Uffizi, and 8 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo.
