The manager was very nice. The room was clean, had a microwave and a fridge, and the bathroom came with plenty of towels - and even three shampoo bottles. I'd happily stay here again. Also, I travel with my special needs son. Some places have asked me not to stay, which is a crazy ADA violation. It's hard enough travelling with my son, but reaching my destination and being offered a full refund rather than being provided a room is exhausting. These folks were welcoming, and it was such a nice relief.

The lights would dim when the microwave was running. Moldy walls painted over, too much to list. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful!

Very nice place to stay in Santa Maria. I usually book this place when I have to spend the night for business in Santa Maria. Clean and friendly owner. Totally recommended.

The parking was free, the room was very clean smelling like bleach, comfortable bed, and newly renovated. The only downside was that the windows were thin and you could hear people talking outside, and there were no black out curtains.

Excellent stop over

Very clean room and comfortable bed. My wife and I stayed for one night on our sightseeing trip to Big Sur. We were pleasantly surprised at such a nice updated room for a reasonable price. The man at the front desk was very helpful with places to eat. He recommended Crumbles Restaurant and it did not disappoint!

This place truly feels like home! The front desk staff, especially the kind gentleman we interacted with, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even allowing my mom to pick a fresh orange from the tree on the property. The custodial staff was equally attentive, greeting us daily and thoughtfully checking if we needed extra towels or any cleaning services. With such warm hospitality and genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You’ll be in safe, welcoming hands!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this motel. The owner or manager (I'm not sure, but the man that checked us in) was very kind and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower pressure was great, room was squeaky clean and we even had a microwave and mini fridge. Usually when I get a deal like I did on this room at least one of those things is missing. We will stay here again!
