There was parking by the rooms. The room had a Microwave and small fridge. The bed was fine and had shutters to cover the windows which I liked. The AC was good and had a decent vanity and a tub. The negatives were a broken ice machine and a decent amount of traffic noise which I solved by running the AC as white noise. BTW, I stayed here twice within a week. On the second stay, one of the lavatory handles didn't work but not really a killer.

The kind service and reasonable comfort

Everything was good. The cold water faucet on the bathroom sink was super stiff and hard to open and close. The bed linens seemed "good enough". I had trouble sleeping however this is just me, a caffeine addict. Thank you for your kindness and good service.

Staying in a handicap room presented a challenge to me and my wife in that I’m taller than mirrors and their was more shower drainage that made the floors more slippery.

Generalizing about locals is not ok. Not everyone is going to destroy the rooms, it was an ok stay. The cleaning smell was strong, opened the window and after wards it was ok.

The manager was very nice. The room was clean, had a microwave and a fridge, and the bathroom came with plenty of towels - and even three shampoo bottles. I'd happily stay here again. Also, I travel with my special needs son. Some places have asked me not to stay, which is a crazy ADA violation. It's hard enough travelling with my son, but reaching my destination and being offered a full refund rather than being provided a room is exhausting. These folks were welcoming, and it was such a nice relief.

The lights would dim when the microwave was running. Moldy walls painted over, too much to list. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful!
