Estuve ahí 3 noches, llegué entre 6 o 7 am ya que se atrasó nuestro vuelo, fué un viaje bastante pesado, desde que llegué les dije a los muchachos de recepción que de favor no quería limpieza, ya que eh tenido experiencias pasadas que me hacen desconfiar de quien entra, me dijeron que no había problema, coloqué el anuncio de “NO MOLESTAR” en la puerta, & a las 9 am comienza a tocar la señora de la limpieza en varias ocasiones, ESTANDO EL ANUNCIO, nos despertó a mi hija pequeña & a mí, la señora se disculpó & le dije que no había problema pero avisé en recepción del incómodo momento, no habíamos dormido todo el viajé & apenas teníamos 2 horas de haber llegado, ya no pudimos dormir & bajamos a desayunar antes que terminara la hora, cuando una señora (Esther) de la cocina vio que ibamos a llevarnos nuestros platos a la habitación,tuvo una actitud muy grotesca conmigo frente a los demás huéspedes, dijo que no se permitía llevar los alimentos, me hizo sentir muy incómoda & avergonzada, salió a avisar en recepción & le dijeron que no había problema, el 2o. día sucede lo mismo, con otra,la misma desagradable actitud prohibiendome llevar los platos de las 2 al cuarto, me ví en la necesidad de hablar con la manager, muy amable dijo que hablaría con cocina & se disculpó ya que si es permitido llevar los alimentos como en cualquier hotel, pensé extender mi estadía una noche más pero fué tanta la incomodidad que mejor hise mi check out. Muy desagradable experiencia para mi niña & para mí
