It has the fenced porch for exclusive use, with table and chairs, TV and outdoor living, and the private fenced garden, equipped with barbeque. It is tastefully furnished, according to the latest trends in the field of furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all the most modern appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc ....) Ideal for families with children, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect location on the beach, and to participate in the evenings organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in the square or on the waterfront.
