Elegant and charming newly built Residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80 m luxuriant mediterranean wood. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and all apartments are furnished with sun umbrella, 1 sun chair and 1 sun bed, included in price. The shopping centre is 150 m from the Residence. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages with a coins laundry for guests. The apartments are on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor with loft. All levels are provided with lift.

Modern and air conditioned 2 room apartment on the ground floor for up to 5 guests, composed of: a living-room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen corner, a complete bathroom with separate shower box and bidet, a private and fenced patio with outdoor furniture.

All the apartments are modernly and luxuriously furnished, with air conditioning, sat/TV, safe, internal telephone, armour-plated. Two swimming-pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by a large sun-terrace.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (usually from early June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
