Spacious and luxurious villa directly overlooking one of the most beautiful golf courses in Tenerife, with stunning views of the sea. Heated pool with a large south facing terrace. Air conditioned bedrooms.
Tenerife has a unique climate due to the trade with the year round sunshine and temperatures of 22 degrees in winter and 29 degrees in summer
The villa and its slightly elevated private grounds, offers arguably one of the most beautiful sea views of the island. Its terrace has a large table of ten seats, there plus 8 chairs to get sun or shade under a large palm all day.
The heated swimming pool solar heating is never deeper than 1m30 providing an ideal space for children and adults.
The terrace is also equipped with a barbecue.

The villa is typical of the island, very spacious with a large living room of 45m2, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and two bathrooms. There is a lounge area televison space and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher etc ..). It also includes a 6 seater table where breakfast can be taken.
Linen and towels are provided. Wifi is available.

Maison avec jolie vue sur le golf et la mer

Les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine, faible profondeur, chauffĂ©e. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, 4 chambres indĂ©pendantes, 2 Sdb permettent un sĂ©jour trĂšs confortable pour une famille. L’entrĂ©e du golf est Ă  5mn Ă  pied. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse et la rĂ©activitĂ© de notre hĂŽte.

Villa magnifique dans un endroit calme

Nous revenons enchantés de 12 jours passés à Amarilla golf. La villa est superbe et trÚs bien équipée (essuies de plage, de vaisselle, jeux de société, livres, jeux de piscine....) La vue sur le golf est imprenable! L air conditionné dans 3 des 4 chambres est un plus trÚs appréciable! Le propriétaire est trÚs disponible. Il est nécessaire d avoir une voiture car assez loin des commerces. Belles balades à faire dans les alentours. Nous recommandons la villa d Anthony sans hésiter et espérons y revenir!!!

Great Villa for families, and golfers

We have just returned from staying in this villa at Amarilla Golf. We definitely wouldn't hesitate staying here again. The villa is a great size, very spacious. All the rooms are a good size and are well maintained. They have thought of all your needs: plenty of plates/bowls and cutlery, a toy cupboard full of bits to entertain, a variety of books both fiction and informative about the island. Any minor queries were quickly responded to both before travelling and whilst we were there. We enjoyed days by the pool, and barbequing in the evenings - all whilst soaking up the view of the lushous golf course and the sea beyond. We did hire before we travelled, but there are local restaurants and shops all within a 10 minute walk. We play golf and the villa couldn't be better located, you can walk to the club house with your clubs. We have been visiting Amarilla for many years and love playing the course, it is kept in good condition and has spectacular views all round - the mountains (Mount Teide) and the sea. There is plenty to do both locally or within a 30 minutes drive: local submarine trips to few the underwater world (10 minute walk) at the local marina, coastal walks, golf, horse riding and then by car local Spanish towns Medeno, La Caletta, Adeje (Otelo Restaurant - very good up in the old town), Siam Park is amazing a must for water park lovers we've been twice, Siam Mall a new shopping centre and lots lots more - the island has something for everyone. If you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of busy holiday resorts, but still an opportunity to enjoy evenings out in local restaurants - head to this villa!

Nous avons passĂ© 2semaines de rĂȘve avec un temps magnifique du 4 au 20 Novembre.L'endroit oĂč se trouve la maison est calm et bien qu'elle soit Ă  une distance raisonnable de restaurants et de deux «supĂ©rettes» il est prĂ©fĂ©rable d'avoir une voiture pour visiter les environs. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine dont l'eau Ă©tait Ă  25 degrĂ©s, elle n'est pas assez grande pour faire des « longueurs » mais merveilleuse pour se delasser et les enfants y ont passĂ© des heures Ă  plonger, nager et s'amuser.Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le fait que la maison a un espace pour ceux qui dĂ©sirent regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision et un espace pour ceux qui veulent lire ou faire des jeux. Je n'ai qu'une envie,c'est d'y retourner.

Great place and a great stay.

On arriving we were pleased with what we found. A great villa in a great location with great views. The villa contained all that you could want and likely more. We initially had plans to do lots of things but ended up not going far as being at the villa was perfect. Yes it’s near the airport but we all can honestly say the aircraft never caused any issues and being close was actually a bonus as no long travel time on arrival or heading back to airport. We hire cars when ever we visit Tenerife and I’d suggest one at this villa is worth it. That said the like super market very close by and walkable was perfect for most things and we did not notice a massive mark up on costs. A near by Aldi was our main shop but that did need the car. We have not visited Tenerife and this area for about 7 years and found it just as nice if not better in many ways. Lots of nice / cheap places to eat within 15-20 walk, some sea facing and some in a little complex over at Golf de Sur. Really nice vibe in the whole area. Especially around villa. It felt safe and was very relaxing and peaceful (even with odd plane). Never heard the neighbours at all. The only sounds on many s day was the odd ping of a golfer hitting his ball from the course behind the villa sometimes followed by ‘four’ but nothing to bother us. Having the course behind the villa was one of the many nice things about the stay. We do hope to return and I see no reason why we won’t be looking at another stay here if it was available.

Lovely location

We all enjoyed looking at the planes overhead and walking down to the local restaurants in the evenings.Good property but the property listing did not state that one of the bathrooms was en-suite which made it trickier as we were two families.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at Anthony's villa,communication was spot on from booking to leaving for home. The villa has everything you need for a restful holiday, the security shutters gave us great piece of mind,our party consisted of four adults and two children,there was plenty of room for everyone ,nice pool sometimes it was like getting into a warm bath,aircon was very welcome as well.The villa is 10/15 minutes walk down the hill were you will find a bar(wildgeese irish bar)does good food and cheap drinks .If you go down the hill facing the pub,you will find more restaurants. The main square is called San Blas(12 euros return for 6 passengers),hire of a car is recommended although we ordered an home delivery from the Mercadona supermarket (you can do a pre order on their app before you go out and then get a next day delivery when you get to the villa).The villa is overlooking a golf course and has a great view of the sea.,the course nearest to the villa is a 9 hole pitch and put 20euros each for has long has you want great fun even if you are a golf novice. All in all we had a great time at the villa,we would definitely go back.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schon schön und auch die Inneneinrichtung und Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Das einzige, was ein bisschen nervt, ist das alle 5 Minuten gefĂŒhlt ein Flugzeug ĂŒber den Kopf hinweg fliegt aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. ansonsten sehr schönes Haus, sehr schön Umgebung. Fantastic location and Villa

We’ve stayed in Golf Del Sur many times and this has been the best villa yet by far. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool is heated and perfect for cooling off. Bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. So good we’re planning to rebook!

Family holiday

This was a long awaited for family holiday of a lifetime. We had an amazing time and made our own fun, however the villa does need updating - urgently. Although we had everything that we needed, it wasn't clear that the location is directly underneath the "flight path" and the planes are quite loud, nor would we receive unwanted stray golf balls from golfers, which landed on sunbeds and pool. This Villa should not be rated as 4 star on your website.

A good villa in a great location

The villa was spacious and suited our party of five mountain bikers very well as there was room to store our bikes inside and the pool was very welcome after a ride. The outside area had plenty of space and we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool. There are bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Villa in Amarilla Golf from Feb 2 to March 2 2023

We stayed for 4 weeks in the villa. The area seemed very quiet at first but we soon learned that the shops, restaurants and bus stops were only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course to the sea. There was an issue with the pool mechanism, but we were impressed with the speedy efforts of the owner to rectify this from France. The villa could do with a little TLC, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back at some time in the future.
