The staff was not only friendly and welcoming but also highly professional—always attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming architecture and elegant decor that perfectly blends historic character with modern comfort. My room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the food—absolutely delicious! Whether it was breakfast or a dinner at Trazo restaurant, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, Casa 1810 is a gem. This hotel is incredible It is located in the center of San Miguel Close to the church and shopping. The breakfasts are amazing and the restaurant is a Michelin star. It is located in an art gallery. It is so clean. Staff is amazing

Poor management decisions.

Staff was moved to their sister property for Super Bowl. Amenities were closed. I was told to visit their sister property and enjoy what they had to offer. When we arrived at the other hotel we were turned away because we did not have a reservation. Didn’t feel wanted. That being said, the property and the rooms are nice. Location is great. I apologize for being an inconvenience but my money spends just as well elsewhere.
