Great hotel for adults, not really for kids. Dining room didn’t feel like vacation or Mexico vibe. The dining room felt like you were in an office, very quiet and almost uncomfortable. Very unwelcoming. They also run out of options quickly for breakfast so make sure you get there early.

La Hacienda de las Flores is a perfect place to stay, especially with children. It’s very close to the main square and all of the sites. The staff is very friendly and the heated pool was great for my kids in the afternoon. I highly recommend this place.

Safe and convenient location. Bathroom could be updated (hot water took a minute to warm up). We loved the heated outdoor pool and garden. Breakfast was good, too!

Great pool property

Lovely hacienda style hotel. Beautiful gardens and plants and great heated pool.Some of the rooms are dated but very clean and charming. The staff are pleasant happy and courteous. The property is located in centro very close to the paroquia. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good complementary breakfast.

Beautiful hotel very well located. San Miguel de Allende is my favourite place in Mexico on a 7 week trip from the UK. Very comfortable room , helpful staff , lovely pool area. Close to some wonderful bars and restaurants but also very peaceful . Would definitely recommend

Great location and beautiful pool garden area.

Beautiful indoor pool/garden area. Rooftop sitting areas with great views. Comfortable bed. Bathroom tiles a bit worn down or broken but not a deal breaker. Not exciting breakfast when soooo much good food near by. Not a cheerful or welcoming breakfast lady. Great value!!! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel grounds were impeccable and so beautiful. The rooftop view was fantastic! The staff was great. The room needs an upgrade as it was so dated. The bed was great for us. We did have issues with having enough hot water for showers in unit 18.I did see other reviews make the same comment. We let the staff know ant checkout . Again it was just a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.
