Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer.

The pool was amazing and clean. Only complaint is it is a little loud throughout the day and evening but the earplugs helped a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the Johanna suite, it was an entire casa within the hotel and was amazing! Clean and comfortable with a private rooftop deck and outdoor plunge tub. Everyone was superb, from helping with a car to and from the airport to answering questions. We even got free breakfast each morning. The location couldn't be beat, just a couple blocks from the Parroquia and Jardin. Loved our stay and will book again!
