The breakfast, fresh and rich, is served every
morning in the breakfast hall with equipped terrace, on the first floor.

bed and breakfast Le Radici del Salento is in San Pancrazio Salentino, a
lovely town in Northern Salento, 15 kilometers away from the beaches of
Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo. The city centre with its amenities is 700 meters away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 5am to 10am). For each entrance and exit outside of schedule, an extra cost of 50 euro will be required. 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 07:30am to 9:30am.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
