The hotel is super clean. The standard rooms have a refrigerator, desk area. The bed was comfortable. There is hot water for showering. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Some friendly but some not friendly staff specifically night shift staff not friendly with no English ability. Beds were moving right and left. Staff in breakfast area also not friendly. We left extension cord for charging devices in the room but immediately reached and the person responded told us to call tomorrow and she said “if we find we let you know to come pick it up”. Give me a break. Your cleaning staff should have brought it to the office unless one of staff took it. We consider that not ethical

Staff and service was excellent. Couple issues with the room. No tv service no local channels. Water leaked in our room when it rained. It was difficult for my mother to get in and out of the bathroom because of a big step.

Our quick country get away

I enjoyed the area.the only food around was pizza hut(which was really nice)denny's,and wendy's.i really didn't like my breakfast much.i wound up with 2 eggs,and toast .the hot water for the tea,was warm.had to ask them to put it in the microwave.the shower in the room was good.lots of room.the internet was good.we used uber alot.the taxi from the airport was $40.return was $35.it was about an hr.drive.i did the viator culture tour.it was great.my friend climbed the volcano tour.she liked it.i would have never made it.we spent 3 nights at the hotel.no one hardly speaks english there.we did enjoy our stay.
