Villa San Siro awaits you and welcomes you to make you spend unforgettable holidays. With all the comforts to make you feel at home, but to be on the beautiful western shore of Lake Como. The owners can give you directions for many itineraries that our lake offers. Independent house with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults + 1 cot for children. A kitchen equipped with everything needed fridge / frizzer, oven + microwave, dishwasher, table with 6 chairs + on request until stocks are exhausted we provide to those who request when booking the high chair, TV sat.
A livingroom with DVD + 6 chairs and table. A small laundry room with a washing machine and a shower.
The house is not suitable for disabled people.
Small garden in front of the house. We supply table + chairs.
It can be rented all year round because it is equipped with heating.
HEATING IS AN ADDITIONAL COST. AT YOUR ARRIVAL THE READING OF THE GAS IS CHECKED. THE COST IS EURO 1 X MC CONSUMED.
AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE ASKED EURO 70 x FINAL CLEANING (the house must be left as you found it, the kitchen cleaned without trash or food in the fridge and the dishes all clean, otherwise there will be a EURO 30 PENALTY) .
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are not allowed or ask the owner first.
AT YOUR ARRIVAL WE ASK EURO 200 IN CASH x DEPOSIT.

Haus mit viel Potential

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt werden. Die Hauptverkehrstrasse verläuft quasi vor dem Haus, es ist unglaublich laut, aber dazu gab es schon mal ein Hinweis einer der Bewertungen, also, das war keine große Überraschung. Für kleines Geld könnte man einige Dinge heilen!

Außergewöhnliche Location in guter Lage

Hervorragend saubere und geräumige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus, gut ausgestattet und mit stimmungsvollen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Kostenfreie Parkgelegenheiten (öffentlich) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir hatten zu keiner Tageszeit Probleme.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge entlang des Westufers nach Norden und Süden ideal. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit - neben italienisch spricht sie sehr gut englisch, zur Not hilft auch ihre Schwester, die auch deutsch spricht. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Hauptstraße, die unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück verläuft, den direkten Zugang zum Haus etwas erschwert und natürlich auch zu hören ist - bezüglich der Nachtruhe fühlten wir uns jedoch nicht gestört. Zusammenfassend würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très bon séjour

Emplacement parfait pour se baigner tous les jours, juste la route à traverser. Restaurants biens dans le village à 800m à pieds. Maison bien agencé. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très sympa. Seuls points négatifs : le passage intempestif des voiture dans la rue surtout la nuit et la 3eme chambre qui est équipé d'1 clic clac et non d'1 vrai lit.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus am Comer See. Sehr nette Vermieter, die alles perfekt organisiert haben und bei allem unterstützen. Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die direkt vor dem Haus verlaufende Straße ist auch im Haus zu hören.

Schönes charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist groß und schützt auch gut gegen Hitze. Man kann zum See laufen, natürlich muss man bei der Lage die Straße in Kauf nehmen. Danke an die netten Gastgeber!

Très bruillant et dagereux pour une famille vieillissant impossible de dîner dehors car étage

Ayant été obligé de partir avant l’hôte n’était pas là ,la caution de dépôt de 200€ Ne nous à pas été restitué malgré aucun dommage. Personne très menteuse et plus est voleuse apres avoir contacter abritel et l’hote depuis plus de 15 jours cette personne dit ne jamais avoir reçu l’espèce alors que c’est stipulé en bas du descriptif allons nous reserver un bien sans remplir les obligations demandées foutage de gueule ne réservé surtout pas ce bien

Nice and spacious house

Nice and spacious house. Only (small) disadvantage (if you are there with kids) is the busy road with not a lot of overview in front of the house . But there is a safer road to the lake behind the house.

Außergewöhnlich schönes, geräumiges Haus

Ausgesprochen hilfsbereite, nette Vermieter - Raffaella hatte zum Check-In sogar ihre Schwester dazu geholt, die hervorragend Deutsch spricht (sonst funktionierte die Kommunikation auch auf Englisch sehr gut). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. An Regentagen können fünf Personen, wenn sie wollen, jeder in einem anderen Zimmer sein. Oder man sitzt zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder am großen Küchentisch. An Sonnentagen ist ein angenehmer Badestrand zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr lärmempfindliche Urlauber könnten sich durch die Küstenstraße gestört fühlen - sie verläuft direkt vor dem Gartentor und ist zu bestimmten Zeiten stark befahren. Zu sehen ist sie vom Haus aus aber fast nicht, der Garten bietet guten Sichtschutz. Die Laube dort ist sehr angenehmen zum Sitzen, Lesen und Träumen im Schatten einer Palme. Man kann das Haus verlassen, ohne die Uferstraße zu betreten - ein Hinterausgang führt zu einem hübschen Fußweg, der rechts nach Santa Maria führt, links nach Acquaseria. In Acquaseria gibt es zwei empfehlenswerte Lokale. Besonders gut isst man bei Luigi - frische Pilze auf der Pizza, frische Meeresfrüchte in der Pasta. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
