I am the owner of this holiday home and together with my family I take care of the management. It's something I do with care and passion, I like to surprise guests and take care of details.

Ideal natural context. Easily accessible from Olbia "Costa Smeralda" airport (15km), from the port of Olbia (18km), from the port of Golfo Aranci (39 km).

Pleasant comfortable and well-kept apartment with air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room, reserved parking space, barbecue and Wi-Fi connection. It is located in Monte Petrosu, inside an elegant residence with a splendid shared swimming pool. It is placed on a corner, on the ground floor with veranda and private garden with a play area for children.

In 5/10 minutes by car you can reach many of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia with sand and shallow water, or with high water and rocks (Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu and its famous swimming pools, Punta Molara, Cala Brandinchi , Capo Coda Cavallo, Puntaldia, La Cinta ...) of course the car is recommended for traveling. Some of these beaches near the apartment are particularly suitable for children with fine sand and shallow water.

As needed we provide cot and high chair for small children.

I remind you that the Municipality of San Teodoro requires a tourist tax, to be paid cash at check-in.

Final cleaning is included in the rates.

The linen is not included and is provided only on request with an additional cost.

Animals are not admitted.

The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.

The Wi-Fi is available from May 1st to October 31st.

A few km there are discos and pubs for nightlife; possibility of hiking and horseback riding in the Sardinian hinterland, snorkelling, windsurfing, golf, tennis and scuba diving in extraordinarily clear water. Within 200 meters you can find: market, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlor, bars.

One of our favourite stays!

The apartment is spacious, functional and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. the residence is quiet, and the pool is always clean and very pleasant. Thanks to Lina for the clear instructions before arrival and for her great responsiveness: we had a small problem with some kitchen utensils, which she was able to sort out within the day.

Nice flat close to beaches and with pool

We were really happy to stay in Linas flat, we had a wonderful holiday. It was clean, had everything you need and Lina is always easy to contact, when there are questions and problems. We enjoyed the pool that was close to the flat but far enough, that we did not worry about our 4-year-old daughter to fall in. It is great to have that opportunity next to the beaches. So weit so gut, wenn...

...nicht am vorletzten Tag der Warmwasserspeicher den Geist aufgegeben hätte. Dieser hatte ein Leck und hat das Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Wasser lief zudem in eine Steckdose und löste die Hauptsicherung aus, sodass wir dann erstmal im Halbdunkeln mit Hilfe einer Nachbarin das Wasser abstellen konnten. So haben wir dann den letzten Abend erstmal mit dem Trocknen des Bodens und unserer Sachen verbracht. Strom konnten wir dann auch wieder einschalten, an warmes Wasser war aber nicht mehr zu kommen, also kein Duschen mehr vor Abreise. Sowas kann natürlich immer mal passieren, nur müsste es für solche Vorfälle schnellere und vor allem professionellere Hilfe geben. Ansonsten haben wir in der Wohnung alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Kapsel-Kaffee -Automaten sollte vielleicht mal angeschafft werden, weil es mit einem Filteraufsatz schon ein bisschen mühselig ist, jeden Kaffee einzelnd aufzubrühen.Im Mai war der Pool noch nicht in Betrieb, was wir aber wussten. Es wurde zu unserer Zeit sehr viel für die kommende Saison in der Anlage, welche schön angelegt ist, gearbeitet. Wir hatten dann morgens schon mal den Anstreicher oder die Gärtner da, die logischerweise nicht ganz ohne Lärm arbeiten. Ansonsten gibt's fußläufig einige ganz gute Restaurants im Ort und die schönsten Strände in der Nähe. Auch ein gu Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Bis auf das Malhensonsten waren wir so gut wie alleine dort, weil die Saison werst

Tolles Appartement in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Alles ist sauber, top eingerichtet und der Pool ist auch toll. Die Lage ist top, guter Ausgangspunkt zu all den tollen Stränden in der Umgebung. Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Schöne FeWo mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Lina funktioniert im Wesentlichen über Email und WhatsApp und war sehr unkompliziert. Wenn man mal eine Info brauchte, hatte man innerhalb von Minuten eine Rückmeldung. Die Restaurants im Dorf sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Strand in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Sardinien.

Hervorragend - ideal für Familien

Ruhige und sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage in der sich diese tolle Ferienwohnung befindet. Die Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt und topp ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wäschegestellt, Wäscheklammern, große Schränke mit vielen Kleiderbügeln, es gibt genügend warmes Wasser zum Duschen, großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach (inkl. Kühlakkus), Tupperdosen aus Glas, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich noch eine kl. Abstellkammer mit Allerlei (Bälle, Sonnenschirme, Besen, Strandstühle etc). Klimaanlage funktioniert prima. Die überdachte Terrasse mir großem Esstisch und Stühlen bietet sogar einen kleinen Fernblick bis zum Meer. Der kleine Garten, der zur Wohnung gehört, ist sehr gepflegt und mit kl. Rutsche, Spielhaus, Kindertisch und 2 Kinderstühlen versehen. Darüber hat sich unsere Tochter gefreut und konnte, dadurch, dass der Garten komplett umfriedet ist, auch dort alleine Spielen (ohne Sorge zu haben). Der Pool ist sauber und fügt sich toll in die wunderschön, angelegte Ferienanlage mit kl. Liegewiese ein. Ideal für eine Abkühlung, zum Planschen und Schwimmen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Zum Strand ca. 17 Minuten Fußweg an Kühen, Eseln, Schafen und Ziegen vorbei. Das Dörfchen selbst ist wirklich urig mit Pizzeria, Eisdiele (mega lecker), 2 Minimärkten und Café. Die perfekte Ausgangslage für einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub. Ein großer Dank auch an Lina (Vermieterin) - Kontaktaufnahme und Kommunikation hat super per Mail und Whatsapp funktioniert.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lina und ihre Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und standen bei Fragen bezüglich der Unterkunft und Ausflügen in der Umgebung immer zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
