Villa Flora is a charming independent residence, recently built, located a short distance from the beach and the center of San Teodoro.
Characterized by the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Flora is built and finished with materials of absolute value, such as Orosei marble, granite, wood, Spanish terracotta and wrought iron and, to make it more precious, peculiar stylistic details and a refined choice of furnishings.

The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden, enjoys a beautiful sea view, has a private swimming pool and a comfortable sunbathing area.

Internally, on the first floor, it consists of a bright living room with fireplace, an open kitchen with island and large dining table, a courtesy bathroom, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with three single beds and a double bedroom, which share a bathroom, and a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
All downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

The property is exactly per the pictures. There is an additional roof seating area which was good especially for sunrise. The air-con did struggle on the ground floor where two of the bedrooms and common living space is, so was generally very warm, The additional 3 bedrooms are on the lower floor which was cooler so the air-con was fine there.

Villa Flora is an amazing and stylish villa which was very comfortable for our group (9 adults, 4 kids). It is 5 minutes walk from San Teodoro so very convenient and there are fantastic beaches nearby. The Villa was clean, with a great swimming pool and some incredible sunset and water views from the rooftop seating area. Lucio (host) was very responsive and organised an incredible private chef dinner for us one night. We did have a couple of small issues, which prevented a 5 star rating. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived, which impacted us for the first 24 hours. Water issues in San Teodoro also meant on two occasions we were without running water and could not shower, use toilets etc. This was not the fault of the host and he was very responsive in trying to assist with these issues, but frustrating nonetheless. Outside of this, the villa and its amenities were amazing. Thank you Lucio!
