The charming villa "Bella Vista" welcomes you in the municipality of San Teodoro on the east coast of Sardinia. The 150m² vacation home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include highspeed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine. A baby crib and high chair can be provided upon request. The villa includes a lovingly landscaped garden and a large, partially covered terrace, from which you can look out to the sea. Sun loungers and numerous other seating areas invite you to relax and in the evening the barbecue can be fired up. The nearest beach, the gorgeous white sandy beach "La Cinta", is only a 5-minute drive (3.1km) away. Other beaches stretch along the coast. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are 4 restaurants and 2 bars, which can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes. The center of San Teodoro, where there are numerous other bars, restaurants and clubs, is 2.5km away and can be reached in half an hour on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away (1.4km).



Parking for up to 5 cars is available on the property.

As it can be seen from the photos, the ceilings of the 3 bedrooms on the lower floor are lower than the rest of the property.
