Todo correcto
No se corresponde con el anuncio. En ningún momento hace referència a que es un semisotano .Hasta que no llegas no sabes qe no es una casa/Chalet como se anuncia. Por otro lado hay que decir que estä muy bien equipado pero no hay la luz suficiente.

Appartamento seminterrato
Appartamento abbastanza fresco di suo, essendo seminterrato, dotato di aria condizionata nel soggiorno e ventilatori mobili. Cucina funzionale, bagni spaziosi, due camere indipendenti più un letto a castello nel corridoio tra soggiorno e bagno. Bellissima e comoda la zona esterna, con barbecue, pergola in legno sotto alla quale è sistemato uno spazioso tavolo per mangiare, grande e ombroso albero di fico, lavabo e doccia esterna fredda su mattonato. Lavatrice nell'intercapedine. In complesso molto carino e piacevole. Gentilissima la Signora Paola che ci ha accolto.

Enjoy Putzu Idu !
Très bon accueil des locataires ! Appartement/Maison très spacieuse, deux salles de bain (très pratique). Grand espace extérieur très agréable. Lieu isolé et très calme, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage et de quelques magasins et restaurants.
