Unique location: Our house has a pleasantly contemporary style and is situated in a strategic area of San Vito Chietino, convenient for both train and car arrivals with a reserved parking space. Free and equipped Adriatic Sea beaches are easily accessible on foot, and everything you need is just a few steps from the structure: breakfast bars, bistros, restaurants, sandwich shops, pharmacies and newsstands.



Extraordinary view: Located on the third floor of Via Amerigo Vespucci and, being a street dedicated to a skilled navigator, the sea view is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular in the area. From the house's terrace, you can relax amidst the smell of freshly baked croissants and sea salt, letting yourself be captured by the colours of the sun rising from the sea.

YourPlace Abruzzo structures are designed to provide every comfort to their guests, feel at home, take care of it!



At Check In, you will be given a set of three keys: one for the apartment entrance, one for the gate near the parking space, and another for the pedestrian gate.



Depending on the gate you access, there are a different number of stairs to climb. If you access the structure from the gate near the parking space, you should go down one flight of stairs and climb another; if you enter through the pedestrian gate, you will need to climb two flights.



The house has a parking space, and the parking number will be communicated to you at Check In. You can access all rooms of the apartment and the external balcony.

At check-in, identification documents of all guests and a credit card as guarantee will be required.
