Villa Brighenti is a lovely independent holiday home located in San Zeno di Montagna with a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
Its strategic position makes it perfect for excursions to Monte Baldo, relaxing walks in the countryside and trips to Lake Garda, only 10 minutes away by car. Moreover, from San Zeno di Montagna, you can easily reach, in the day, splendid cities of art such as Verona, Vicenza, Mantua, Trento and the amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland, Zoo safari (all about 30 km away).
Near the villa (50 m) there are the municipal sports field, home of the Chievo Verona summer retreat, the municipal swimming pool and a pizzeria.
The center of the village is easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
The villa has: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) on the mezzanine floor, three bathrooms, equipped kitchen and spacious lounge-living room, large terrace overlooking the lake (about 70 sq m), perfect for tasty barbeque (bbq supplied with the house) . There is also the possibility of also having the attic with the possibility of a further 4 beds (to be considered extra compared to the indicated price). Garage with 5 parking spaces and garden.
