Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Parking at the house on the premises, public car park, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa de Sant feliu de guixols" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole), cycle lane 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Espaciosa y confortable

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 6 inquilinos. Realmente cómoda. La zona de jardín y piscina con la mesa exterior bajo una pérgola hacen que disfrutes mucho todo el exterior. El sofá exterior está muy destartalado. La cocina es amplia y bien equipada aunque encontramos utensilios no muy limpios. Si la quieres usar en verano, al no tener aire acondicionado, debes abrir todas las ventanas día y noche. Los mosquitos son realmente un problema. O Aire acondicionado o mosquiteras serían necesarios.
