Magnifique vue
La villa profite d un extérieur magnifique et est très bien située pour les différents lieux à voir. L agence gérant le bien est d une efficacité à toute épreuve. La literie de la maison mériterait d être revue et quelques ustensile de cuisine sont manquants mais à part cela notre séjour fut très agréable dans cette maison.

Zona muy tranquila, jardín y piscina perfectos, conexión WiFi ideal.. Muchas opciones de tiendas y supermercados cerca. Salidas en pocos minutos a cualquiera de los pueblos cercanos.

Kurz gesagt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tolle Lage, super Aussicht. Schlicht ausgestattet. Alte Möbel. Altes Geschirr, alles insgesamt etwas sparsam! Für unseren Geschmack alt und schlicht! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool sauber. Leider war nur die Hälfte der Aussenbeleuchtung in Funktion! Küche und Bad könnten sauberer sein und besser ausgestattet sein. Leider ist der Backofen unbrauchbar! Dies haben wir jedoch erst mit der Pizza im Ofen bemerkt.....es gab erhebliche Rauchschwaden! Zu unserem Bedauern konnten wir durch den Nachbarn gegenüber nicht mit dem Auto auf das Grundstück fahren. Man kommt nicht in die Einfahrt, wenn direkt gegenüber ein Auto parkt. Dies tat es die gesamte Zeit. Und in die Garage passte der Wagen dann leider auch nicht. Auto zu groß (Volvo XC90), Garage zu klein. Das Tor ging nicht mehr zu. Insgesamt kann man es gut aushalten und die Aussicht mit einer leichten Brise herrlich genießen und entspannen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in der Stadt. Top Lage! Bei den Temperaturen im Sommer ist eine Klimaanlage evtl. mal eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.
