Casa Sabedda A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Sabedda A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Casa Sabedda A is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared patio, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Punta Secca, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Punta Secca beach) at roughly 2.6 km (1.6 miles). You will reach Casa Sabedda A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Sabedda A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Casa Sabedda A and Casa Sabedda B are part of a typical 19th century fortified farmhouse. Inside the complex you will also find a museum of popular traditions.


As guests of the complex you will be able to organize, upon request and for a fee, events and weddings.

Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a small sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a small high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
