The villa offers a spacious, sea facing terrace ideal for taking in the stunning views and spending time with friends and family. Perfect for large groups Villa Nettuno has 5 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with two single beds and 5 bathrooms with shower.
The villa is situated on a cliff and through a path of approx. 300m you can access the sandy beach.
Pool size: 9.00 x 4.50 x 1.40.

Details of the Villa:
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, laundry room with service bathroom and n. 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom; also on the ground floor, a fourth bedroom with double bed and a fifth bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom serving both bedrooms.
From the living room you have access to the outdoor area where the swimming pool is located with two outdoor showers and barbecue area (brick).
Also on the outside we find a first veranda facing the sea with a pergola equipped with table and chairs for lunch and dinner and an outdoor living room with armchairs. In addition, in the area facing the pool there is another veranda with pergola equipped with an outdoor lounge.
An external staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with living room, balcony and bathroom.
The villa is also equipped with wi-fi internet, AC, BBQ, washing machine, coffee machines, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils for cooking.

paradis au bord de la mer

la villa est tres confortable et permet Ă  tous d'avoir son intimitĂ© et de se retrouver ensemble dans le grand sĂ©jour ou prĂšs de la piscine. les deux terrasses exposĂ©es diffĂ©remment sont Ă©galement un plus. Le seul bĂ©mol est l'Ă©quipement pour faire la cuisine. Et c'est loin d'ĂȘtre dramatique.

Wonderful villa and location

The villa exceeded our expectations. A perfect living space in a very well designed villa. Lots of space for 2 families and we loved our morning swim in the sea which was less than 1 min away. Zeer mooie woning vlak aan zee

Mooie woning met alle comfort. Je stapt bijna zo in de zee. Zwembad is fantastisch. Misschien wel vermelden dat het huisje nogal ver afgelegen van stadjes als Noto en Syracusa e.a. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen op deze bijzondere woning vlak aan zee.

60th wedding anniversary

We had an outstanding family holiday involving 10 adults. The accommodation is spacious, and well-designed. The swimming pool is more than inviting, and there are plenty of loungers and chairs. Eating together outside was always a highlight, with a BBQ available. A bakers van and an ice cream van called every day. The Conad Supermarket at Santa Croce provided excellent choice of food & drink. Both the Migra Bar/restaurant on the beach close by and Sands in Punta Cetta are recommended. We were met on arrival by Mr Marco and his wife who were very helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing in every way!

This property is even better than the pictures of that is possible. The sand beach is easily within walking distance with local shops and beach bar. The property mama get was super helpful and called a friend who had a close b and b to watch the sunset. Everything was perfect could not ask for better!

Beautiful house off the beaten track

Great house for large family or quiet group. Off season there are limited resources / facilities near by. You will need a car for shops/cafes etc. Summer the beach is open with lounges and a cafe/pizza bar at the camp ground and the nearby Marina opens up. Management were responsive and friendly. The house was wonderful with great outdoor areas. Linen was limited. Kitchen equipment/utensils needed a little refinement. ..Just not fully equipped for cooking, however the manger responded to our needs.

Beautiful Sicilian Seafront Villa

Villa Nettuno has a beautiful setting very close to the sea, with a rocky beach just a few metres from the front gate and a sandy beach a 10 minute or so walk across the cliff top. The villa was very clean and ready for our arrival and we were greeted by our host Marco and his family, who were very welcoming. They were also helpful throughout our stay whenever we needed any extra assistance. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and there are two covered seating areas, so plenty of external space. We only found one restaurant within walking distance - Lo Chalet at Punta Braccetto - but the food and atmosphere was really good. There were also good restaurants in Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa, a short drive away. Even better, every day the bread van would call and we could buy fresh bread, arancini, pizza, biscuits and cakes - all delicious. We also had a twice weekly greengrocer van and a daily gelato van call in - the highlight of the kid's days when we were at the villa! Our only small comment is that more kitchen equipment would be good, especially if, like us, you want to cook with all the beautiful local produce. All in all, a real gem. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing weeks in Sicilia

We had two beautiful and relaxing weeks in Punta Braccetto. The Villa was perfect for us, and our host was very friendly and helpful. Also our kids liked the Villa. A stone beach and some sandy beaches are near the Villa, and easily reachable by foot. And the sunset is magic.
