Walk to the Santa Fe historic district and the Plaza from this charming three bedroom free-standing vacation home. This home is located in the well established quiet Rosario Hill neighborhood. Light and bright with all the Santa Fe touches - high ceilings vigas and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is the perfect lodging in Santa Fe New Mexico!
Enter the private patio through the front gate or detached garage. There is an informal entry to the house where the living room has comfortable seating arranged around the fireplace. (No television in the living room) Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast bar and equipale dining tables and chairs.
The primary bedroom is upstairs with an intimate sitting area and a 32" flatscreen TV. There is also a private deck off the primary bedroom suite. The primarty bath offers a deep tub and walk-in shower as well as double sinks. There is a huge walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Downstairs the two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tiled bathroom with walk-in shower.
Wrap around patios and decks upstairs are perfect to enjoy the warmth and sunshine of Santa Fe.
The entry main patio is landscaped with rose bushes and aspens to enjoy morning coffee.
Small dog will be considered.

Santa Fe Gem
Our family stayed here for spring break and it was the better than we hoped for. The property is well kept, clean and convenient to everything. The house is BEAUTIFUL. We got a true Santa Fe feel. The house has everything you need kitchen wise as well. I hope to come back and will book here again.

It’s a beautiful house, but needs some help. First, the upper deck. From the master bedroom you walk out on the upper deck. What a beautiful view and the listing has a picture of it. But things have changed for the worse. One of the beams above was partially broken and falling down and upper lattice work was torn loose. I don’t think it would survive a city inspection, but in any event it should be repaired. Second, the master bed is old and wavy with troughs and ridges. The listing’s picture reflects its shape although it appears worse now. While they’re replacing it, they need to level the bed. The upper floor, like many homes in Santa Fe, is uneven causing the head of the mattress to be lower than the foot. For people with stomach problems or acid reflux, this is a serious problem. But it’s an easy fix. Finally, the patio garden. There are two planting areas that were used. The plastic plant identifiers from the store are still in the planters. It’s the plants that are missing, long since dead. That’s hardly surprising since the irrigation system that had been installed was never turned on while we were there. Those plants and others around the walls were dead. Next to the front door but still in the patio area is an aspen tree. It looks like it is seriously diseased and should be removed. I don’t want this to be totally negative because it is a beautiful home. It just needs some help.
