Plaza Splendor is a large modernized adobe home located in the center of historic Santa Fe. Just a short eight minute (0.5 mile) walk to the Plaza, this beautiful two-story home has integrated but separate living spaces upstairs and down and two private entrances with adjoining off-street parking. The home comprises one king and one queen bedroom on the upstairs level and one queen bedroom downstairs. An ideal situation for families with children or groups of up to six adults. The home is a lovingly decorated and immaculately maintained New Pueblo-style house with a very large fully private courtyard. Here you will find the best of old and new Santa Fe style, chosen for beauty and arranged for comfort. Plaza Splendor is representative of New Mexico architecture and decoration with fine New Mexican artifacts, kiva gas-fired fireplaces, viga ceilings and woven cotton rugs.
The main level (upstairs) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open concept living area, a full kitchen, separate dining room and a small office space. The downstairs is accessible by a private entrance as well as through the interior stairs.
For the fantastic Santa Fe weather, Plaza Splendor offers a large courtyard, with both covered and uncovered areas to allow outdoor dining and relaxing when you need a glass of wine and time to review the highlights of your day in Santa Fe.
Plaza Splendor is designed for your comfort and pleasure. It's just 3 blocks off the Plaza, so all of historic Santa Fe is close by. Additionally, there is a community pool very near the residence at the Fort Marcy Recreation Center. You should check the availability of the pool on the FMRC website.

The 6 of us had a terrific reunion in this spacious and beautiful home. We would definitely rent it again. The only precaution is that the upper parking spaces are tricky to pull in to and especially exit. The home is on a busy corner and you have to be very careful when backing out into oncoming traffic. It’s much better to park in the spaces below this home.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The home only enhanced our experience in Santa Fe. It was very well decorated, had everything we needed, was spacious, and was in a perfect location. We came to explore the city and attend the Wine and Chile Fiesta, and literally had only to walk out the door and cross the street to be there. If you are looking for a place to stay for the event, this is the best place in the city! We would stay here anytime we are in Santa Fe, as it is conveniently located to all areas of the city. We highly recommend this home!

Easy check-in and great communication with property manager, who is quite responsive. This property is close and easily walkable to the plaza (.8 mile). The house is comfortable, and is chock full of local art (perhaps too much). The dark floors and ceilings make the house dark, even during the day when the sun is brightly shining. The location is on the corner of a busy intersection, with constant loud traffic (trucks, buses, motorcycles). The parking areas, particularly on the upper level of the house, require backing out onto a busy road with a curve that inhibits one's ability to see if cars are coming. The spacious patio includes a pleasantly shaded area and is a good place to relax with a glass of wine. Unfortunately, the patio has been sadly neglected in recent years, with few flowers but many tall weeds, a broken bird bath and old, rusting planters. We enjoyed Santa Fe, and plan to return, but will find a different house for our stay.

Terrific location, extremely comfortable home with a unique layout, would return in a heartbeat. A couple of reviews mentioned noise from the busy street corner - I am sensitive to noise but I did not find this to be an issue. Love it.

Home sweet home

Revisit Santa Fe every year enjoying the plaza is a retreat for our family. This is a very nice home while it’s well taken care of and very comfortable (has everything you need), its only drawback is being on the corner lot. We have to park backwards to get out safely out of the driveway. We recommend parking at the upper car parking.

Bringing in the New Year

My husband and I treated our 2 daughters and their significant others our 2 grandchildren 8 and 10. The location was fantastic! We walked to the square quite a bit. Hiked, explored, cooked a lot of fabulous meals and played a lot of game. The home was perfect, clean and made our stay even more special.

Beautiful house close to the plaza

We spent our Christmas at this wonderful place and we had a fantastic time! The house is close to the plaza, about 3 blocks, which made it very convenient to go for walks around beautiful Santa Fe.The house is very well equipped with all kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and extra blankets for the winter. Richard left soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper in the bathrooms, which was very much appreciated.The check in and check out process was very easy.The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Richard for making our Christmas in Santa Fe at your house so wonderful!

Amazing home in the best location in Santa Fe

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The home is spacious and clean and decorated with lovely local art. The living space is open and the patio spaces are amazing for spending time outside. We had the best time while staying here. It was a short walk to the square which we made several times. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The patio and garden area was perfect for our dogs and for relaxing in the hot afternoons. It was perfect!
