Property Maintenance & Service Schedule

To keep the property in top shape, please note our routine maintenance schedule:

Landscaping: Every two weeks on Wednesday to care for the native plants and outdoor areas.

Hot Tub Maintenance: Every Tuesday for routine servicing and cleaning.

Trash & Recycling: Pickup happens bright and early on Monday/Tuesday morning. To make sure it's collected, we may need to roll the trash bin out to the curb on Sunday/Monday and return it to its spot on Monday/Tuesday.

(Note: This schedule is subject to change depending on holidays, as the City of Santa Fe Residential Services may adjust collection days because of holiday closures.)
