This home is 2400 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 guest bath, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room! In addition to the double driveway and 3 car garage, there is plenty of room to park trailers and RVs on the side yard! Driving your electric car? No problem! We have installed a complimentary level 2 EV charger with Tesla adapter for guest use in the garage.

Kitchen is spacious and has everything one should need for fully prepared meals. Utensils, pots, pans, essential baking tools, coffee pot (pods or pot), microwave, toaster, etc. When you are ready to eat you have your choice of a full 6 person dining table or 4 person round table. There is not one, but two full sized refrigerators in the house, one in the kitchen, one in the garage.

Our backyard is equipped with both Santa Maria AND gas BBQs, patio table, conversation seating and cornhole boards perfect for relaxing with the family. Bringing your furry family member? Yard is fully fenced and pet safe!

As parents, we know how easy it is to forget things when traveling with small children. We felt it best to keep the house toddler/infant friendly with optional child-locks on kitchen cabinets, pack n play, baby gates, highchair, durable plasticware and child friendly toys.

Our neighborhood is family friendly and walking distance to several parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. While close to many amenities, the neighborhood is quiet and only has one direct neighbor.
