We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, so was the pool and hot top. The location was perfect, 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was great, clean, spacious, modern. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to double check where the GPS takes you, I has trouble locating the property originally. And clearer direction on where the unit is located would be helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Or only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as some. No coffee mugs and limited cooking implements. We made do. Overall it was a great stay. The listing said there are commentary bikes, just be aware that you have to reserve them in advance and it’s only 2. We used them a lot and it was doable ride to the beach. Everything is close by including a Walmart and grocery store. The pool area was heated and even though it was cooler the well we stayed, we swam every single day!

Everything that we could need was available at our fingertips. The property was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were top tier and easily accessible with only a 5 minute drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend and will for sure return for another stay with Benchmark Management.

Fanastic place
We had a great stay at this place. We were given easy instructions for checking in and checking out. The condo unit was beautiful. Firsr impressions upon opening the door often dictates how the place is going to be, and this place made us feel right at home and more. The rooms were perfect for our family. We love the bunk bed setup which would be more than enough room for 6 people. All areas of the condo were clean. The condo was about 2-3 minutes drive to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We look forward to our next booking with this host. Thank you for making our trip hassle free.

Staying at this 30A condo was absolutely divine! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by pristine interiors and breathtaking comfort. The condo was meticulously clean and beautifully furnished, offering every comfort imaginable. We enjoyed lazy mornings, sipping coffee while soaking in the sunrise, and evenings were spent marveling at the sunset over the ocean. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The amenities provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and heated pool, made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfection. We left rejuvenated, with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Filthy, Mgt company was a waste of our time. No reimbursement when we asked to check out early bc of filth. They said they'd give us a 5% discount on a future stay. Why would we ever come back after this experience? It doesn't make sense. Even after re-clean sat on sheets on filthy furniture. Floor was caked with dirt still.
