Stay away from renting from this owner and forget about any support from VRBO! We rented this property starting Saturday July 26th and we were told we could even have early access so we could drop off luggage to pick up family members from the airport. Surprise the owner had doubled booked the property for that day. So no longer could we have access but we were stranded without a place to stay. VRBO did nothing when we called them except for a list of hotels in the area. They claimed they couldn't book us somewhere else for that night because they can't book same day rentals. The owner doesn't want to refund the rent which he doubled collected. After hours on the phone the owner said we could split the family up for the night and gave us two properties fairly close to each other. One of the properties hadn't been cleaned yet. The next day when we finally got access to the house in the afternoon we called about the hot tub, we were then told it is not a hot tub. Another lie from the owner because on the invoice we were charged for a hot tub fee! The pool was extremely hot and barely usable!The management companies involved tried to help but the owner was unresponsive. STAY AWAY from his properties.

Paradise! This place has it all!

We have been coming to this area for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed! We had a large group and everyone enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The house is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything! The beach access is just a short walk and the pool is added bonus along with the whole house speaker system! We loved every minute of our stay and will be returning! The owner and property manager were fabulous. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! We highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!

Family Fun in Florida

The house was perfect for our large family as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. Very spacious. The pool was an added bonus. And truly just a 10 minute walk to the beach; also walkable shops and restaurants. But I feel I must mention one thing, as it is a hazmat issue. In the first floor bedroom where my wife and I slept, there were mold spores around the ceiling vent; also mold on the ceiling in the closet in that bedroom. When I mentioned a few other minor things to the property manager, she got very defensive. When in the people business, kindness and respect make a big difference. The house itself and location were wonderful!

Annual family vacation

We vacation every year with our big family and were so excited. But, we got there and found it WAY less than promised in the ad. The pool was filthy, the back deck furniture was nasty and shoved all around. The spa/hot tub did not work the entire 7 days we were there even though we communicated many times about it. Apparently the breakers kept tripping because the pool stayed nasty. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived & didn’t work properly the entire week. We were told it hadn’t been stayed in for weeks so the “cleaning” was old leaving less than desirable appearance including pink mold in the guest bathroom. Lots of bulbs were burned out, no batteries in the tv remote so we had to buy those. Since the house hadn’t been stayed in for weeks, the trash had been left in front of the garage doors and smelled really bad. The temp in the house was 78-80 when we arrived and I was told it takes several hours to cool down. It took a couple days. The time we were there, the manager was kind and promising us things, but they never happened. After we left today leaving the house clean, I was told by the manager that she was “so disappointed” because some towels were stained and a couple had black on them which might need replaced. I’d already been offered $300 for ALL the problems we had and I told them it was an insult so keep the $300 and buy a couple new towels. We vacation every year and have never had such a disappointing and disrespectful treatment.

This place is beautiful!

This home is huge and well equipped! Our large family of 16 had so much room to stretch and enjoy our stay. The pool and patio were a delight to sit by when the days got too hot for the ocean. The whole house music system provided much entertainment! The upper deck area with views of the ocean was a great hiding spot for the adults. The ice machine and added drink fridges on each level made things so convenient for the number of people we had. The walk to the ocean was short and all the ocean chairs and beach wagon provided were an added bonus. The only downfall to our vacation were the mosquitos at night but that’s not the homeowners fault. Any questions we had during our stay were answered quickly and thoroughly. This was worth every penny spent! We will definitely return for another vacation!!!

Wonderful Stay in a Gorgeous Home

We had a fantastic time staying at this stunning, well-maintained home. The property manager was incredibly responsive and ensured our needs were met. The pool was a delight, although the water temperature was hot due to the consistently high daily temperatures. Despite that, it was a great place to take a dip after a day at the beach. While we enjoyed the amenities, we would have appreciated some board games and perhaps a few cornhole games to make the beautiful backyard more enjoyable. The walk to the beach was manageable, and we loved the abundance of dining and seafood shopping options nearby. The house offered ample space for our group of 21 adults, with an excellent floor plan and effective air conditioning even on the third floor. We highly recommend this property. The spacious and well-thought-out floor plan, along with balconies on every level, was awe-inspiring. However, there were a couple of downsides. One of the beds was quite squeaky, which was a bit of a nuisance, and the small kitchen refrigerator didn't fully meet our needs. On the bright side, the extra garage and drink refrigerators came in handy. We also faced some initial challenges with starting the dishwasher, but a YouTube video and trial and error sorted that out. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, this home provided us with a beautiful and memorable stay.

Nice home, good location

Overall a very nice home that was clean and in good condition. Owner reached out ahead of stay and gave us helpful information. It was a short 8 minute walk to the beach and to area restaurants. Loved the convenience of the bike/golf cart rentals and snack shop next door. House had plenty of amenities. Loved having plenty of bathrooms. Elevator was nice for hauling luggage in and out - i recommend not letting any children operate it by themselves though for safety purposes. We couldnt fugure out the hot tub but didnt call to ask about it either since the weather was too hot to really enjoy it anyway. Upper decks were another nice feature with nice views of the ocean.

We had an amazing vacation here at the “beach mansion” everything in the home was so well thought out
living rooms on every floor, ice makers
and elevator.. two designated kids spaces, the pool and spa! This trip was amazing and we left feeling relaxed because we were all about to have our space. The walk to the beach was short and includes ice cream so we all approved!!

Very nice house/location and cooperation until the property manager tried to scam us at the end.

The house was very well kept and prepared for our group stay. The property manager was very helpful throughout the reservation process and answered every phone call and question we had. In the end, the property manager tried to scam our group and over-exaggerated all damage claims as well as disrespectful language towards not only me the renter but the entire group. Made many assumptions that were not true and pounced on her first opportunity to take advantage of our group. Highly recommend the property, don't recommend at all the manager.

Perfect Space for Family/Friends Getaway

Wonderful experience overall! A couple of hiccups but property manager was very attentive and helpful. Perfect location; only a short walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean! We loved (and utilized) the extra fridge in the garage for our large group. We also enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. We hope to be back next year!

Outstanding house - great for large group. Common areas were exceptional. Property manager was attentive and replied quickly when we had issues. Great property and great location!

We rented during Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time; close to the beach, close to the shops and far enough away from Seaside and Watercolor (too congested over there for us). House was great and had everything we needed. Manager communicated and was very helpful. Checkout was a breeze which made departure day easy. The only things I would say would be they could add some hooks for towels and swimsuits inside and out, the dishwasher was too fancy for me — I couldn’t figure out how to start it — and the pool was really chlorinated. I think it’s saline with a chlorinator, but if we had stayed longer they were going to fix it. Would 100% stay there again.

Fall Break Fun!

We had a wonderful fall break at this house! It was especially nice that each of the 5 couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a girls bunk room and a boys bunk room for the kids and plenty of porches and dens to spread out. The walk to the beach was short and easy for all of our kids to bike to. Owner was great to work with!

Best Vacation House

I’ve been utilizing vacation homes for over ten years & this has been THE BEST STAY! The house was absolutely beautiful. It literally looks just as perfect as the pictures. It extremely spacious & we actually stayed at the house for most of the stay. The pool was a great addition. Initially, I was uneasy about the extra fees but after touring the home upon arrival, I understand the need for cleaning fees. The host is super sweet & even came by to drop off goodies ! We honestly wanted to stay longer. Thank you sooooooo much for the hospitality!
