A Sunshine Daydream is a fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage located just off Scenic Highway 30A, only three blocks from the white sands of Seagrove Beach. This cozy home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King bed in the primary suite, a Twin-over-Full bunk in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Designed with relaxation in mind, the home features an inviting front porch with oversized Adirondack chairs and hooks for towels and gear, plus a private grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Inside, guests will enjoy thoughtful amenities including Wi-Fi, streaming-capable TVs in every room, a Blu-ray player, and a collection of books, toys, and DVDs. Nice...but

We enjoyed our stay in our first-time VRBO rental. The house was clean and well equipped except for extra garbage bags and light bulbs which we needed. However, the reason for a good rating instead of excellent was the fenced yard. Choosing this property was based on the listing claiming a fence. The yard is not secure. It is open on 3 sides and a small dog can get under the house. You cannot let your dog out on its own.

The property management team was excellent and very responsive. I sent e-mails several times and Justin responded immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach was great and close to a few shops, etc.. We would use Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals again.

Would stay again!

Location was the best part! We got bikes and used those for getting around mostly. It was great to be able to have our dog there as well. Our unit's washer/dryer were very loud so I'd recommend using them when you're heading out for a little. After booking, it gave a notice that check-in could be as late as 6PM which did have us worried. However, ours was plenty ready and I saw other guests also access their units around the usual 4PM check-in. It was a great little size for our 3 day stay. We didn't go to the beach while there, so I can't contribute to the accessories they did or didn't have. Overall, great stay and wonderful location!!

Wow, what a wonderful place to celebrate The holidays with our family! The house was immaculate, the location was amazing and our family simply loved this adorable beach house. Perfect for kids and pet friendly, which is what we are all about. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again!
