The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bath and balcony access. The updated bath includes dual vanity sinks and a large tiled shower with bench. Bedroom 2 includes 2 twin beds and easy access to the beautiful hallway bath with tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms include TVs with cable. The sofa in the living pulls out to a queen bed (with gel topper!) to sleep 2 more guests.

You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.

Spring Break Stay

Loved the $250 bike rental voucher. Not as “cute” as seaside area but not as expensive either. Pool was nice and warm. Quick walk down steps to the beach. Walking distance to Tom Thumb so that was nice. Dishwasher didn’t work so that was the only big issue really.

The big downside was the room was not very clean. There was sand piled up on the table and chairs when we walked in. The bathroom toilet was not clean and there was an old razor in the floor and lots of other trash throughout. It was clear it had been spot cleaned in places and untouched in others. Overall I would not stay here again unless it was all that was available.
