Blue Haven by the Sea is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the Highland Parks neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach that sleeps 8. It is a short walk to the neighborhood's resort-style community pool, hot tub and observation tower, and close to the shops, restaurants and bike path along Scenic Highway 30A.

The first floor is open and easy to share, with a living room, a dining table for 6 and a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 3. A screened porch with rocking chairs is a comfortable spot to relax, and a first-floor office with a desk and sitting area is useful for work or quiet time. A half bath is also on this level.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two full beds; these two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

ABOUT HIGHLAND PARKS
Highland Parks has sidewalks and brick-paved streets leading toward Scenic Highway 30A. The community amenity area includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, covered pavilion, outdoor kitchen with grills and an observation tower with Gulf views. Nearby, you can bike the 30A path, explore the state park trails, paddleboard on Western Lake or visit the restaurants and shops in Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside.

Public beach accesses in the area include Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access and Gulfview Heights, both with seasonal lifeguards, restrooms and parking, as well as the Spooky Lane and Shellseekers neighborhood accesses for bike and foot traffic. TRANSPORTATION
The driveway fits up to 3 vehicles, and street parking is not allowed. A golf cart is not included with this rental but can be rented through Adventures Unlimited.
