Bella Duna (beautiful dune) is a newly remodeled single-story home nestled on a quiet lane in the quaint Rolling Dunes community, offering the privacy of a peaceful neighborhood along with all the conveniences desirable Blue Mountain Beach has to offer. Picture driving up the large driveway and seeing your beautiful, charged 6-person golf cart, included in your rental free of charge.

The beautiful 4.5BR, 4BA home has been totally renovated and has great space for guests of all ages. As you enter the home, you’ll love the grand, open-concept living/kitchen area. This space offers a comfortable sectional sofa with plenty of seating for everyone, and is open to the bright, airy kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a huge island. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to prepare meals, and an adjacent wine/coffee bar to get you started right. The rear dining/sunroom offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together at the long dining table overlooking the amazing patio/pool area.

From every angle of this great open-concept space, your eyes will be drawn to the show-stopping new outdoor entertainment area, which offers something for all your guests. As you walk out onto the huge paver patio you’ll immediately notice the oversized private pool (optionally heated in fall and spring) with built in bench seating and sun shelf, plus an outdoor fireplace. The beautiful new shade pavilion is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends to watch the game or enjoy movie night together. Plenty of seating with new patio furniture. Great outdoor shower.

All of this is situated on a fully fenced, extra-large lot with trees and green space to play. There is even a putting green and an outdoor ping-pong table for additional entertainment. Off of the living/kitchen area, you’ll find a great playroom/gameroom, complete with TV, game tables, video chairs, board games, and indoor shuffleboard! There is a full-sized washer and dryer off the game room. The property has plenty of onsite parking, including room for boat storage or several cars. This property has everything you need to spend your days relaxing with your family and friends.

When you’re ready to enjoy the warm gulf waters, the beach access is only 1/2 mile away and an easy ride in your provided golf cart. Also within close proximity are great local restaurants/bars (Red Fish Taco, Blue Mabel, Cowgirl Kitchen, Johnnie McTighe’s Irish Pub and more), ice cream, shops, and bicycle rentals. Biking trails connect many of the charming communities along scenic Highway 30A.

We loved everything about this house!Plenty of space (it was only 4 of us) for everyone to spread out. There is a small pool table & play space the kids really enjoyed and the outdoor heated pool was amazing. The house is recent or renovated so everything inside is in really good conditions along with appliances and cookware. Beds were super comfortable too. The golf cart was a major hit, looked brand new, and made going to the beach that much more fun for all of us! We had a small hiccup with it one evening but our contact was super responsive and was there first thing in the morning to check it out. In every aspect, this property was a major hit for our family, we’ll definitely stay there again!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home in Florida! The house was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable for our whole family. It had everything we needed—from pool toys and beach chairs to plenty of games that kept everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and shuffleboard!The location was convenient, and while the nearest beach access was quite crowded, we found Grayton Beach (just 10 minutes away) to be a perfect spot—quieter, scenic, and ideal for a relaxing beach day.Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable family vacation spot. We’d love to come back

Perfect house for a family

This home was perfect for a family with young kids since the property is one story. There we 4 bedrooms, but a bonus area off one of the rooms for children to sleep in. The pool is huge, and back yard space is beautiful. Beach is a short 1/2 mile, with plenty of parking.

The whole property is amazing. This is our sixth year staying in this area, and the whole family fell in love with the place as soon as we pulled in the driveway. The house is amazing the pool and out door area was perfect. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay with extended family

This house had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a week with grandparents. We spent much more time in the backyard than the beach, with the amazing pool, ping pong, outdoor TV, and lots of covered seating. The neighborhood is so quiet yet close to everything. We had a fabulous time!

Beautiful Home - Perfect Vacation!

The home was comfortable and very clean. The yard is beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the very large pool and the covered seating area which is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The beach is close by and having the golf cart was a plus. I highly recommend choosing this property. You’ll be happy you did!

The property was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed using VRBO. The outside area is where we spent most of the week. The pool is huge! The covered entrainment area outside was such a great way to end every evening. The house had plenty of space for our group of six (4 adults and 2 kids). The house is fully stocked with whatever you might need! Highly recommend!!!

Great Vacation

We had a great trip and really enjoyed the property. Everyone really enjoyed the pool. The property is close to the beach with everything you need. We had trouble with the door code, but the management company called back right away. We went on a popular spring break week and weren't able to get in right at check in. Lawn maintenance was there early 6:30 one morning. Most of our group was up anyways, but we didn't know they were coming. Overall a great experience and would stay again!

Will definitely book again!

This house was the perfect layout for our two families. The pool and backyard entertaining space is amazing. We used the golf cart to go to the beach each day and it worked very well. We did drive it to Seaside one night and it almost ran out of juice by the time we got home- just FYI, it might not be best for trips over a couple of miles away. The house was exactly as described and was very well equipped. We will absolutely stay again and can’t wait.

Great property!

We loved our time here - probably one of my favorite VRBOs that we have utilized. The house was beautiful and the backyard was incredible! The issues we had in the back were very minor - the pool needed cleaning (this was taken care of very quickly), the fan in the tv area was not useable due to a fan blade being missing, and the grass had very prickly sand spurs so the kids were not able to play barefoot. We had wanted the pool to be heated once we saw the temps; however, there was a broken part that needed repairing so we were disappointed about that. They did have repairmen out a few times but they were never able to fix. The layout of the house was perfect for our family - 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. The living room and kitchen were in the center. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, etc. You will need to bring garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and your own coffee. Overall the house was clean. The floors need a very good scrub (toddlers feet were very, very dirty on the bottom after just a few hours of walking in the floors). One of the ceiling fans in a bedroom did not work but they had left a fan for us to use if needed. Checkout process was easy and they did not ask for much to be done. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Great Family Getaway

Our trip was perfect! All the things you need to enjoy your vacation are on site. The kids were never bored (pool, ping pong, putting green board games, pool toys, all the beach chairs and toys, and the outdoor patio was the perfect place to hang out at night.

Great backyard area!

We had a great time at Bella Duna. The pool and the pavilion area were really nice. A mini fridge out there would be a nice addition! We are glad there was a golf cart for our trips to the beach. The yard was big for games although it could’ve been cut and weeded during our stay.

We had a great time at Bella Duna! The house was nice but we spent most of the time in the backyard. The pool was big and the pavilion was really nice. Absolutely loved it!

This property was everything we hoped for. The pool was amazing. My golfers enjoyed the putting green. The golf cart was the perfect added bonus. The beach access was super close and easy to get to. The communication was amazing with the property owner. Definitely will be rebooking for next year!

Beautiful Beach Rental!

Gorgeous home, true to photos! We plan to stay here again! Had an issue with a door, they sent someone to fix it within an hour. 11 minute walk to beach. Our golf cart rental was a MUST! Don’t overpack like us! In this home you’ll find: 2 pack-n-plays, box fan, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, pool floats, adult and kid golf clubs, 5ft card table with 8 additional chairs, 4 wooden pool lounge chairs (2 listed in VRBO photo), flat screen tv (with cable) above the outdoor fireplace, over 15 board/card games, & numerous yard game sets). Owner should update the listing to INCLUDE these items! Best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve had. Recommend you use “GULF POINT ROAD BEACH ACCESS”during peak season. You can still park in the main lot, then walk 2 stop signs over to this access. It was truly a private beach experience and no chair vendors! There are TWO trash days (Mon & Thurs). Don’t be like us & miss 2nd one! We were unaware of the add’l day until we got a check-out instructions on Friday For owner: - outdoor shower needs an external latch. It swings open violently & slams shut during windy storms. - Pool has 2 umbrella stand holes, but the provider beach umbrella is incompatible. Would have loved to use them to shade our small kids! - Yard crew came, did a great job, but did not tend to the overgrown weeds all along the backyard paver wall. Just an FYI in case they were supposed to! Thank you! We will be back!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

We took a chance and booked this newly remodeled rental home at the last minute, and we're so glad we did! It was a perfect week with our extended family. Everything was so fresh and new! All of the couples had their own bedroom and bath, and the kids loved having their own sleeping quarters and playroom. Of course, we spent most of our time poolside which truly was a paradise. It was still a little chilly, so we opted to have the pool heated. We grilled most every night and enjoyed s'mores around the outdoor fireplace. Since we're big golf fans, we enjoyed watching the final round of the Masters on the large tv in the spacious living area. And the putting green was an added bonus! The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked. We made a few trips to the nearby beach, and the quick, 5 minute walk was very easy. The large lawn gave the kids room to run and play. Communication with the property managing company was excellent, and we hope to make this our yearly home away from home!
