Dune Vacation Rentals presents 'Buckeye On the Beach', a beach front home that is only steps away to Seaside town center with an all-encompassing beach retreat that is perfect for any occasion! Offering three levels of luxury, wonderful outdoor living spaces with gorgeous views, and sleeping arrangements for 10, you and your family can indulge in an unsurpassed luxury vacation!

This idyllic home offers three levels of luxury and an inverted floor plan, creating an elevated main living on the highest floor with sleeping arrangements lying on lower levels. The gorgeous third-floor living space offers ample seating for all between the separate sitting space for four and couch seating around the cozy fireplace with large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Being an open-concept area, you can swiftly move into the coastal chic dining space with seating for eight or utilize additional seating for five at the sleek breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador appliances, and Kohler sink for all your cooking needs. The wet bar also grants you access to a subzero wine cooler and Thermador ice maker. The third floor also offers a half bath for convenient use, and directly off of the third-floor living space find the wonderful porch with plenty of outdoor seating, al fresco dining, and breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The second level offers a private porch space with a view of the Gulf of Mexico which can be found directly off of the master suite. The bright master suite also features a king-sized bed, spa-like ensuite bathroom with a glass door shower, jet tub, dual vanities, and an expansive walk-in closet. On this floor, you can also find a stackable Whirpool washer/dryer in the elevated laundry space, and an additional guest bedroom offering a queen-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bath. One of the best hang out spots lies right before you descend to the first floor where there are two hanging swings on the covered balcony.

The final level of the home offers a true retreat and features the spacious first floor master suite with king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with glass-door walk-in shower. Indulge in a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening on the screened-in back porch found directly off of the master suite. The screened in back porch is where the family can relax in the seating after a great day at the beach. You can even open the shutters and look over to Bud & Alley's and out to the gulf. This level also offers a convenient laundry space with side by side whirlpool washer/dryer and a bunk room with two bunk beds offering twin over twin-sized beds with ensuite bathroom.

Enjoy exploring the renowned community of Seaside on the bikes that are available with the property, and visit all the great eateries like Great Southern, Bud & Alleys, Whiskey Bravos, The Melt Down, etc. that only step away from the home! - NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET Policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Passes (2), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATE:
Additional Rental Rate includes the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.

Beautiful location in the middle of Seaside! Beach access is 4 or 5 doors down through the keypad in the gate... but not far.... house is gorgeous and has huge porches facing the gulf!

Incredible views, home, location and service

My husband and I stayed at Buckeye on the Beach along with my 6 and 3 YO and my sister and BIL and all agreed that the home, location, views and property manager were absolutely second-to-none!! The home looks exactly as it does in the listing, and most importantly, the views were stunning. I will not stay anywhere else when I return. The property manager had to come by several times due to my 3 YO accidentally locking us out of rooms and we had someone by the home within 30 minutes each time, which was so appreciated. We also were without WiFi in the home due to an equipment issue and they worked round the clock to attempt to fix it, and got us running with mobile hot spots when they couldn't. Incredible place - highly recommend!

Perfect view!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property mgr, Alicia, was excellent! Great communicator and took care of everything we needed. My only issue is that the house is too expensive for the quality of the furnishings, closets, etc. Suggest buying lots of glassware. Overall, thank you for a wonderful trip.

The home was lovely - exactly like the picture. Excellent location. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook any meal (large or small). The only negative was all communication from the rental agency was written in the negative. Lots of DO NOT, DON'T, CANNOT. As a marketer I would rewrite the communication to the renter in a more positive way. The communication detracts from the experience of renting a home so lovely. Even during the stay constant reminders of what to do and how to do it prior to departure. Our compliments to the owners - your home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Thank you -

Magnificent Property!

Buckeye on the Beach is a stunning house with the best location in all of Seaside, as it is the closest beachfront house to Seaside's beach side shops and Bud and Alley's restaurant. The house is very beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities, including an elevator! We were also greeted with a personal phone call, a welcome text, and a contact phone number in the event we experienced any problems, which was very much appreciated. We had a perfectly wonderful week!

Amazing views!

Beautiful home, perfect location, decks and view were amazing-watched sunset every night, had a few maintenance issues that were quickly responded to and fixed. I think this is the best location on the beach! Nice extras like wine fridge and ice maker. Great for entertaining!
