If you are looking for the best of the best, this is it!! Top floor, spacious, beautiful unit in private beachfront building. This is an east facing 4th floor 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit with partial gulf view. The open floor plan in addition to the spacious balcony allows for easy entertaining and space for family & friends.

*AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and even a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

*MANAGEMENT: This condo is managed by Ashley with Prime South Properties, our full service LOCAL property manager that is available to assist you in every aspect of your stay with us.

Lovely relaxing condo at well maintained building

We enjoyed our stay very much with 2 seniors, 2 parents, and 2 young kids. The ability to bounce between the beach and pool with ease was awesome for our mixed group. The unit was clean and well appointed. Recommend!

We had the most amazing time at your beautiful condo!!! Our 5 nights went by far too quickly! Beautiful Beach and Condo

The property was right on the beautiful Blue Mountain Beach and the condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We did experience a couple of rainy days which was the only downer of our vacation. Special thanks to Ashley the property manager, she was very helpful and kind.

We stayed April 2023 with another couple. We loved the two king bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the place is nicely appointed and clean. Something to note/ there is no bathtub in the main bedroom, as it has been replaced by a closet. Only a smaller angled shower. Larger folk would not fit. :) It appears to have been nicely remodeled recently. The unit faces East, so we enjoyed both morning and evening times outside on the large balcony. Ashley was very responsive to a couple of questions. The security of the building is quite robust. Location is the best on 30a in our opinion - Gulf front property and mostly out of very busy traffic patterns. We would enjoy staying here again.

Best Beach stay ever!

Ok. Just an amazing experience for my family and my son's 2 best buds. Secured building with security who were on top of it. Sean and John were awesome at making sure everything was safe and respected. Go out of your condo, down the elevator across the pool deck and you are on the beach. Perfect. Peter at Excel always had it all set up so well. So centrally located and close to everything we love. Thanks th Ashley for great communication! Will totally do this spot again next year!

Great spring break

Our family came to the area for the first time and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as advertised, close to the beach, very open, plenty of space. The building was quiet and clean. The private beach had ample space for those who wanted to hang there. Pool and hot tub deck were great. Communication with the prop manager (Ashley) was very easy and she was responded quickly always. We would definitely re-book this if our plans bring us back to Santa Rosa in the future.

Lovely Spring Break Getaway

Lovely stay at this clean, updated and well situated property. It had everything we needed with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. A lovely deck to enjoy a cup of coffee. And a nice exercise room for the rainy day. There was under cover parking for our vehicle. The beach had beach service with chairs and umbrellas. We were thankful the beach wasn’t as packed as a previous property we had stayed in another community before. There was also some great local restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful accommodations!

We had a wonderful experience here! Beautifully decorated and very clean condo with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable! The patio was one of our favorite spots- good views of the gulf and so relaxing. This property is just a short walk to the beach and the beach was so beautiful. Being close to so many good restaurants but not in the middle of a lot of traffic was also a plus. We will definitely come back:)
