This was a nice place for a short, last minute get away. There is a key fob to access the gate to the boardwalk/beach and this unit only had one fob which made it slightly annoying when we wanted to go the beach or back up to the condo at different times. It would've been a lot more frustrating if we stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Eastern Shores- 206! The location was perfect—peaceful and tucked away for a relaxing escape, yet conveniently situated between several larger beach communities with plenty of dining and shopping options just a short drive away. The condo itself was clean, cute, and nicely updated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any small issues we encountered were quickly and professionally handled by Paradise 30A, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-located beach getaway!

30th Anniversary on 30A

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach which is hard to find in 30A. It does state off main road and it is located on a dead end. You hear no traffic very quiet place to stay. I do like to walk and from this condo you do not walk to get coffee. The property has two bikes to ride to get coffee, but my husband is not able to ride a bike due to Parkinson’s. It’s a short drive to Seaside which I loved for lunch and dinner. Nice comfy bed and we had two bathrooms which was nice for each of us.

Wonderful location

This condo was wonderful! Great location. Clean. We had everything we needed. Great communication with Paradise Rental Company. This condo is on the second floor and no elevator. Wonderful views! One parking spot for this unit. That was fine since we had only one car but something good to know. This area is very close and narrow streets. That area is so packed in there. We had breakfast at Crackings in Grayton Beach - highly recommend.

We have stayed at Eastern Shores the past 3 years. We have loved every condo. This was my favorite because it was a corner unit! Everything was great. We did have 2 concerns and tried to contact Paradise Properties but they did not respond either time. We would have given a 5 rating if they had addressed our concerns

Seagrove getaway

Recently stayed a few days at Seagrove. It was our first time visiting Florida. The view is amazing and the beach just steps away. The condo was clean. We did wish there had been a pool there and also that there was extra parking but other than that it was enjoyable. Grandkids had a blast

The beach views from this location cannot be beat. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. This condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved riding bikes to the local shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect couple get away

Great area and not as many people around on the beach or the building. The view of the beach is excellent and the interior colors picked by the owner were very pleasant making it feel like we were on the beach.

Great rental!

We had a great experience with this property. The management company contacted us about a week before our arrival to confirm our reservation and to see if we had any questions. Then the day we were to arrive, they actually called to let us know we could check in earlier if we wanted. Unfortunately we were still driving so we were not able to take advantage of that. The property was clean, there is some wear and tear on painted surfaces that is expected from a rental. Having the two bikes was great because it so easy to just bike to a coffee shop in the morning. We biked everywhere! We were traveling as a family of four with two kids, older teens. The king bed was comfy, as was the pull out bed and bunks. The only negative thing we experience was the unit above us sounded like a heard of elephants most of the day and until 3 am at night. Now I don’t think it would normally be this bad, I think it was just the family that happened to be renting above us at the time we were there. In know way do we put that on the owners or the property management team. It is strictly on the parents who let their kids do gymnastics and drum on random things all day/nightđŸ€Ș! We would definitely return for another visit.

The condo was well maintained and the views were spectacular. Would have liked 2 key fobs for beach access so we didn’t have to juggle schedules. But that didn’t affect our lovely time at the beach
