Wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful and located in such a cute and quiet neighborhood! We loved how all the rooms had their own connecting bathrooms and there were two living spaces that worked well with young kids to have their own space. Watercolor beach club access was great- we loved the multiple pools and that it was a golf cart or bike ride away. The hosts were extremely responsive the entire time leading up to the trip answering any and all questions we had to feel prepared. Highly recommend this house!

Can’t wait to be back

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to hurricane Helene, but we’re looking forward to our next booking. The rental was nicely furnished and decorated. It had everything we needed and could even accommodate another family. There was plenty of room! We had a few minor issues upon arrival with the AC freezing and a running toilet, but the management company quickly resolved the issues. We loved having the golf cart for a quick ride to the beach or the pools. Overall, we loved our stay and were sad to leave early.

Delightful Beach House

Our family of six adults and two small children enjoyed this delightfully appointed beach house. The host was informative and had us well-prepared for our check-in and week’s stay. The home is beautiful and comfortable! We appreciated the generous supply of kitchen ware and paper products. The house is conveniently located (short walk) to a lawn for soccer, volly ball badmitton etc and games and a large neighborhood pool with a kiddie pool, restrooms and full sized gas grille. Wonderfully set up for an evening cookout and extended time in the water. The screened in porch was a delight. We loved the bar located on the opposite side of the kitchen cooking area. The use of the golf cart and beach chairs was awesome. A short 10minute ride to the Watercolor pool and beach was convenient. Our small grandkids also enjoyed Camp Watercolor with the pool slides and fountains! Very convenient. The location made it easy for us to get toddlers home for afternoon naps and back to the beach again! Also the house is a 5-minute drive from Publix and 10 minutes from Goatfearhees sea food! Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing week.
