DETAILS: "Casa Verde" at 41 Gulf Point Road is a tropical haven inspired by luscious greenery and rustic, coastal modern decor throughout the home. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for accommodations of up to 10 people. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and in the heart of Western 30A. The home comes with 4 adult bikes, a private pool, an outdoor entertainment area, and multiple balconies. Upon entry, you'll find the open living and kitchen area that opens up to the backyard. The room is centered by a large, flat-screen TV and fireplace. On the back wall, an eye-catching green tile backsplash accents a nook off of the living area. A tremendous amount of natural light shines into the room from the double French doors leading outside and an abundance of windows. The kitchen's dazzling, concrete countertops are a nice contrast to the white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. There is combined seating for 10 at the dining table and breakfast bar.

Down the hall, you'll find the first bedroom which includes a queen bed and shared bathroom. The remaining guest rooms are located upstairs on the second floor. The primary suite features a king bed, private patio, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The neighboring room also has a king bed, balcony entrance, desk nook, and private bathroom. The last room has 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a bathroom that is shared with the hallway. There is also a built-in set of twin-over-twin bunk beds in the hallway to accommodate your extra guests. The second-floor balcony has additional living outdoor space where you can spend your mornings or afternoons on the porch swing!

The backyard is completely fenced in, with multiple chaises for sunbathing around the lagoon pool. Surrounding palm trees provide shade when desired. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
