Tucked away off Florida Scenic Highway 393, Blues Away is a hidden gem offering accommodations for up to 10-12 guests in 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half-bath. Located in the secluded, gated community of Cypress Breeze, it’s within biking distance to the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access and the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place. With a wealth of nearby amenities, Blues Away has something for everyone in the family to enjoy! Hop on one of the six (6) provided bikes for a quick ride to local hot-spots, or use the 6-Seater LSV (street-legal golf cart) to get to the Beach or the Pool quickly. This home is sure to become one of your favorite vacation destinations for years to come!



This home feels both modern and inviting, surrounded by lush green grass and mature palm trees. The cobblestone walkway leads into the home's Great Room, where cool tiled floors and high ceilings allow for an appealing feeling of openness. The living space has a spacious sectional sofa that faces the large Smart TV, beckoning the whole family to gather together for a fun game or movie night!



The dining room table has seating for six (6) and the gorgeous granite countertops compliment the rest of the open kitchen, with it's crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel aapliances. You can choose to serve casual meals at the bar, or host dinners at the formal dining table. Afterall, just because you're on vacation doesn't mean that you can't have home-cooked meals. Alternatively, there's a wide array of restaurants nearby!



There’s even a dedicated laptop-friendly work/desk space on the first floor, for that workaholic on vacation. Down the hallway is the convenient laundry room, with full-size, HE washer and dryer. Your family will love the screened-in outdoor patio with plenty of space for lounging or enjoying your morning cup of coffee.



The Master King Suite is expansive. Located on the first floor, it is perfect for those who have trouble with stairs. This serene sanctuary has a luxurious king-size bed, another Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Also on the first floor is a bunk room with two (2) custom-built Twin-over-Full-size bunk beds. There’s also a half bath on the main floor that’s accessed from the hallway.



Upstairs, two (2) additional Junior Master Suites (each with a Queen-sized bed), offer their own Smart TVs and private (attached) bathrooms. With TVs in every bedroom, there’s no need to fight over the remote on this vacay!

-The Longleaf Pine Trail (0.6 miles or a 3-minute bike ride from the home) leads all the way to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access!



The Neighborhood:

Cypress Breeze Plantation is a secluded, family-friendly, gated community just beyond the sparkling white sands of County Highway 30A. It’s perfectly located near local dining and entertainment and just a short walk to the beach.



The community’s striking lagoon-style pool is a true oasis, featuring multiple interconnected levels with rocky islands, shallow caves, flowing waterfalls, and fountains. The pool area is surrounded by towering palm trees and includes an expansive sun deck for lounging. Bathroom facilities, showers, and dressing rooms are conveniently located on-site. Your family may never want to leave this watery wonderland!



The community is a short walk (or bike ride!) from Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar & Restaurant, as well as the vibrant Gulf Place. Located between Dune Allen Beach and Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place is known for its artist colony and offers a range of restaurants, art galleries, and bistro cafes. The area also boasts pristine beaches, a manicured green amphitheater lawn, and lush native plants. Free concerts and seasonal festivals are held throughout the year, and the sparkling Gulf is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Gulf Place is also a fantastic spot for shopping, with everything from upscale boutiques to thrift stores.



30A is a scenic stretch of highway along Florida's stunning Gulf Coast, connecting the coastal villages of South Walton through rare dune lakes, sugar-white sand, and emerald-blue waters.
