This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!Â
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the worldâs best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Great overall stay! The listing name is a bit misleading with it stating golf cart but not clearly stating itâs an add on daily fee but other than that it was a great house! David and Brenda were very helpful and accommodating when we went in to ask about late check out! Thank you to the whole team at Real Joy! We will be back in 30a!
This was our first time renting on VRBO and the experience was excellent! Check in was easy and they were quick to respond to our questions ahead of our trip. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was very convenient to take to get breakfast at the Blue Mtn bakery and to go to the beach. Sometimes the golf cart would not charge overnight but it never ran out of charge. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house to friends and hope to go back soon.
This home is very well appointed, and the community is fantastic. Highly recommend adding the golf cart to your stay, as it is an easy way to get around the area. Property management was very responsive and helpful. We're already looking for a time when we can go back!
