 We fell in love with Seagrove on our anniversary and purchased a one bedroom property. In early 2019 we decided to purchase a second condo, this two bedroom to give our growing family more space. Please check out our one bedroom unit at VRBO 1181178 located in the same complex. We are proud to be a premier partner.

Come visit our spectacular beaches in Seagrove Florida! There is lots to do and see along 30A from white sugar sand beaches of South Walton, to award winning restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping.

You will fall in love with our home away from home at the beach! Spacious end unit condo on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and a pullout full sofabed. King bed in the main bedroom with attached bath. Queen and twin located in the secondary bedroom. Pullout full bed will sleep one more additional person to accommodate a total of 7 guests. Full kitchen stocked with everything from a Coffee maker to a blender for all your beverage needs. We also include extras that you won't find in many vacation rentals such as large flat screen smart tvs in every room, washer dryer in the unit and extra bath towels .Additionally you will find an Alexa Echo Show in the kitchen to give you updated weather, directions to restaurants and play Amazon music.
You will also find a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, hand soap and laundry detergent so you can enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive.

Across the street is beach access one block away. Don't forget our included beach chairs and beach cart! Take a stroll to some of the best restaurants Seagrove has to offer like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A or rent our bicycles and take a leisurely ride to explore the shops and food trucks at seaside. Relax in our beautiful, sparkling pool after a day at the beach or have a glass of wine on our covered patio.

We have everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay without ever needing to get in your car. If you are wanting to relax after a beach day or watch a game we have 55 inch smart tvs in the living room and both bedrooms and High speed wifi. Publix is located just a little over a mile away for all your grocery needs.

If you want to explore by car Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and the ever beautiful Alys beach is just as short 10 minute car ride away. You can also rent bikes across the street on 30A and bike to the other nearby beaches, coastal dune lakes and state parks all along 30A. There are an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for both children and adults from movies in the park to live music.

For our friends that have furry family members (dogs) we are happy to allow you to include them for a small pet fee. Please note pet fee is PER pet for the length of your stay. This fee is Non refundable. Please put the type of breed in the notes when booking. We have a grassy area off to the side with a doggy station for your convenience.

Note: Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fine.

We were in this condo for about a month, so had plenty of time to experience the highs and lows. While the unit appeared clean when we arrived, on closer look it wasn’t. Wouldn’t be a big deal for a few nights stay, but just gross when staying for a month and cleaning the bathroom yourself! Most “under the rim” dirt and mold I have ever encountered! All lighting in the main areas is from ceiling fixtures without diffusers. If you prefer lamps, bring your own! We moved the only one available from the second bedroom to the main area.The screen door to the patio area was missing. Bugs not an issue while we were there but can imagine that would be a problem later in the year.King size bed in the master was appreciated. However, its size blocked the closet door from opening more than about half way, making using the closet a challenge. And so many bruises on calves and shins from lack of space around the end of the bed.I don’t want to make this sound all bad. The beach was GORGEOUS! Spectacular sunsets! The interaction with the owner was excellent. The per night cost was fair based on the above analysis. We would not return to the area as a whole. This portion of Seagrove Beach is being filled with huge, upscale condos, townhomes and mansions.Great vacation spot for the top 1%. We learned our lesson.

Beautiful condo in a safe area. Attention to details were missing. The fan in the living room was not working. The remote was missing battery. The coffee pot was dirty. The code given for the pool bathrooms were wrong. The AC had a smart device and did not allow me to increase or decrease the temperature. It was locked at 73.The floors were OK and the patio was very dirty. Overall it was an OK stay.

Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting 30A, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved being able to ride the golf cart around, and the location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this complex four times now. This has been our favorite unit so far! Our 4 year old loves the location. He is able to walk to the beach, donut shop, Brozinni pizza, and Hokulia is a must for ice cream!Having a second bedroom was perfect for our one year old.The unit had a few more updates than the pictures show in the listing. The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice and updated. We had the pool to ourselves several times and it was never crowded. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our visit tremendously and wished we had stayed longer. The walk to the beach was easy, unless you were pulling beach cart and cooler. Seemed a little long at that point as we are both over 60 yrs old. But everything else was wonderful. The pool area is super clean and inviting. Noise level was extremely low and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if in Seagrove Beach.

Weather was phenomenal. Several things: The booking photo showed a white table and chairs. They replaced it with a new table but it crowded the whole living area. They need to replace the coffee maker. The bedrooms and baths were very nice. They need to declutter the whole unit. Too many nicknacks!

The place is nicely located across the beach - very short walk and they provide a beach cart, umbrella and chairs. The unit was clean and very comfty for a family of four. Kids had a great time and the ocean and beach were amazing!

Nice family vacation getaway

My family had a lovely stay at this coastal condo. Super cute 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo with kitchen, dining, living room, and patio space. It was perfect and everything we could need + more for our few day getaway with our little family. Nice big bed in the master bedroom with just enough space to squeeze a pack and play in near the bottom of the bed. Pool is literally just outside the condo, and beach is maybe an 8-10 min max stroll up the road. Zero complaints other than the family staying just above us. Haha sounded like a herd of elephants bounding atop of us from as early as 6:30am until 11pm at night daily. Got a little irritating at times, but had lots of activities to keep us busy during our getaway. This was at no fault to the owners, just something I’d hoped would be a common courtesy for others to be conscientious of if staying in an upper unit. Either way, a very nice stay for our family vacation. :)

Sister trip

This rental provided a nice little spot for my sisters trip. The access to the public beach and the location was great! The only downsides were that the condo seems a little dated. The living room furniture and the bedsheets were a little run down (holes in the sheets & stains). However, it was still a nice place to stay.

Pleasant stay

The condo was very nice, a little over the top decorating but really cute ( I only say this as I found it hard to find a place to put our things) books, computers, groceries,etc
. Loved the bathrooms as newly done with big showers. Location is excellent. Heated the pool starting late February. Easy walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, especially The Perfect Pig, the donut shop, pizza as well as bike rentals and Thirty A Cafe for fine dining. Overall would come back here again. Host was very nice.

Film festival

Wonderful short weekend in a clean updated condo not far from Seaside and Watercolor. Love that we can stay with my dog and beautiful white sand beach across the street, short walk and 5 minute drive to Seaside. Would stay there again. Owner is so easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend

Fall Break

Loved the condo! Had everything we needed. Had a small problem with the master bathroom. Contacted owner and problem was fixed. Would definitely stay here again!
