Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect place for family vacation!

We loved our stay at Legacy 104. The layout was perfect for young children and it was great having such easy access to the pool and beach/ocean. Once we arrived we had several questions and management was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property! Feels very spacious with open floor plan and 4 bedrooms. Perfect for 3 couples and a 4 year old. Love being right on the beach and a pool right off our balcony.. We were on the first floor and because of all the beautiful foliage we were not able to see the ocean from our balcony. That was the ONLY thing I wish would have been different. EVERYTHING else couldn’t have been more perfect.

Daughter's Graduation Trip

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. Its on the 1st floor so you can pull up and park right next to the entry. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the linens were very soft. It was in the perfect location. I have been coming to the Gulf for over 20 years and this was by far my favorite place I've stayed.

Beautiful Spot Close to Seaside

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! We came with 7 adults, a teenager, and an infant and this place was great for our needs. It had a well-stocked kitchen which was amazing since we cooked the majority of our meals during our time here. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone in the main living space as well. We were impressed with the amenities for children and greatly appreciated the included pack n play. The walk to the beach is super quick, you can see the ocean from the patio and you just have to go around the building to the stairs to go down. Overall great place to stay!

No complaints with the condo whatsoever! Very spacious for our family of 10, and super clean. Love how close it was to the beach. The only con was the traffic in Seagrove and wait lines in restaurants nearest to the condo; otherwise, probably one of the nicest and largest condo we've stayed in...nice job and thank you for the wonderful vacation!

This condo has a great location and is really large for 8 people. One downside was the parking. There was no mention that there would only be two parking spots. We had three cars and had to park one car off-site. Luckily we knew someone staying in a house nearby. Also, no cable TV, only streaming services.

This unit is not suitable to rent. It should not be listed until it is deep cleaned and the shades on all the windows are repaired. The window coverings are broken and need to be replaced. Because of the style, they cannot be opened. therefore, you cannot see the outside. Who want to be at the beach and have no ability to see the outside. Totally unacceptable The management company, Real Joy Vacations, could not get them repaired and promised to call me for some resolution - but they did not - I am still waiting for their call. Unfortunately, there was "little joy" with "Real Joy Vacations as they clearly were not true to their word. I do not recommend this property or company.

A great property.

Condo very nice and especially roomy. 2 families of 4 fit and slept comfortably. Very clean with plenty of dishes, cookware etc. Bring your own salt, pepper, seasoning, condiments, etc. No ocean view due to the dunes, but we knew that and were ok because we preferred a ground floor unit. Quiet at night. Beautiful beach and chair & umbrella service was spot on everyday.

We have stayed at three other units in this condominium property and have been very happy there. This unit was filthy and in much need of a deep cleaning and updating ! The balcony and balcony sitting areas were in much need of pressure washing! You didn’t want to sit out there but the inside seating was not any better. The two loveseats had slip covers that were faded out, worn and very stained! They should have been replaced years ago! The blinds in the living room were broken so you couldn’t raise them to look outside. The oven was gross as was the drawer under it with the baking sheets. It goes on and on! I do not recommend this unit!

Perfect location for a beach vacation!

My family of 4 including 2 teen boys loved this location. Legacy 104 is within a small gated community right on the beach. We had a balcony that overlooks the pool and treed area leading to the stairs towards beach. The only downside is the beach view is minimal and can only be seen in a gap between the trees as this was on the first floor. We usually avoid condos/high risers as we prefer privacy of a home or townhouse right on the beach, but this was sufficient for a quick last minute escape as it only contained 4 levels. The allocated beach area for this unit is usually assigned to specific beach chair rentals companies who generally put you front row. The rental company doesnt seem to have the beach chair rental info; we lucked out by calling around a month before and found beach chairs4u. Upon followup of beach chair rental the day before we left, Chip told us that the designated chair rentals was with a different company named La Dolce Vita. We vacationed the few days before Memorial day 2021 and it wasn’t crowded but had a decent amount of people to not feel secluded as public beach entrance next to Legacy. There is a gas station Tom Thumb across the street with minimal supplies. We stopped at Walmart on the drive in from airport and grabbed $10 boogie boards and left those at the unit. The unit has a couple older beach chairs and 1 skim board which may have just been left by previous renters as nothing indicated this unit contained chairs. Restaurant within walking distance: Goat feathers for fresh seafood-(poor customer service at this location, drive east an extra mile to Buddys seafood market for better service) pizza at Bronzini (bike rental store attached as same owners), 30A is a nicer restaurant next to convenient store but we couldn’t get reservations (I think you can order to go?). My side ride his bike to seaside to meet friends there and it was 8 min away on bike. We tried to drive through and we’re thankful we didn’t stay in seaside with all the traffic and standing around waiting for food. My son ate in seaside 2. It was a 1 hr wait for breakfast at Pickles around 10am. The food trucks generally have long lines too in Seaside. Checkin was easy. Communication is via text or emails. Response for text is about 30min to hr. Emails can be longer. They are all very nice on the phone to speak with, but did not offfer much more than online info. The unit was clean and had enough kitchen supplies. Blender worked ok not good

A quick reset

We canceled a conference trip to Vegas because of a spike up in covid and decided from Atlanta to seagrove was an easy drive. We met two other couples that were able to schedule quickly and the place was beautiful, exactly as advertised. The weather was great for Beach strolls and chill sessions. And we had plenty of room. We've been here before and we've always considered it our getaway go to . Thanks.
