Are you ready to relax and enjoy a taste of old Florida? We invite you to linger over your morning coffee as you greet the day from the swing in the front yard gazebo overlooking the sugar white sands and sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
When you reach Seagrove Beach, you will turn off Highway 30-A onto the oyster shell paved road leading to the cul-de-sac containing “Beach Blessings”. This beach-front cottage with beach access allows you the opportunity to experience a get-away reminiscent of yesteryear- the beauty of the seashore in a less-crowded setting. Located two miles from busy Seaside, it is close enough to allow you to easily access the activities, shopping and dining opportunities offered there, but far enough away to allow you to exhale, unwind, relax and de-stress. You will smile to yourself, knowing that when you are ready to walk to the beach, you won’t have to walk across blazing asphalt lugging piles of beach paraphernalia. You will be mere steps away. You will have arrived!

This comfortable one-level home sleeps up to 12 people in its four bedrooms. It's perfect for a single family or two families.

The sleeping accommodations include:
- Master bedroom: king bed and a fold-out twin. There is a flat screen TV & DVD player.
- Bedroom #2: queen bed, flat-screen TV.
- Bedroom #3: five twin beds, flat screen HDTV.

Our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, had a marvelous time at Beach Blessings. The house worked perfectly for our spring break. The location on the beach was great as the mostly private beach area had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and sun. Close enough to restaurants and shops to use bikes, and that is important as this area of 30A has a huge traffic problem during parts of the day. We found the house to have everything we needed, and was extremely quiet even with the 3 kids. No complaints at all with this rental. Will visit again for sure.

A fantastic cottage!

This was one of the best vacations we have had on 30A. The adorable cottage was clean and organized and the owners were quick to respond if we had any questions at all. Truly a Beach Blessing

First Family Vacation

My family of 4 went to Seaside for the weekend and had a couple of friends tag along. It was a great weekend and the house had perfect accommodations for us. I loved how close the beach was to the house, yet the drive into town was barely far at all. We will definitely want to come back and stay here again!

If you have a large family this is a house for a stay at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay but would book a time other than spring break. Traffic was the worst I have seen in 40 years of visiting Walton county beaches.

The house is perfect for a weekend with friends! The beds were comfortable. Breathtaking location. Love the large kitchen table. Extra frig in garage was so nice to have and access to beach chairs was such a surprise! Will rent here again!

Beautiful home, perfect location

Best beachfront location, unbelievable views and comfortable home with plenty of everything! I’ve never seen such a well stocked home and I’ve stayed all over 30A! You can sit in the living room and see the white sand and waves, so peaceful. We will be back and will choose this home again in a heartbeat if it is available.
