We had a wonderful weekend anniversary getaway! From the beginning, communication was excellent—Benchmark Management even reached out to let us know the unit was ready early so we could check in ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus.The location was perfect! Just a short, easy walk from the room to the elevator and straight out to the beach. Even better, the beach was peaceful and not overcrowded, which made it all the more relaxing.The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a true coastal retreat. The furniture was very comfortable, and we immediately felt at home.A special shoutout to the management team for going above and beyond—they contacted me after our stay to let me know I had left something valuable behind before I even noticed it was missing, and they’re shipping it back to me. That kind of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated.While there were a couple of minor hiccups—the master shower didn’t drain well, so we used the guest bathroom, and the dishwasher wasn’t working—these things didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was so enjoyable and well-handled that we would absolutely stay here again!Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark Management for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing beach stay.

We had such a nice stay! This unit was perfect for my sister and me! It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well-appointed! The view is spectacular and we saw sea turtles, lots of fish and endless blue-green water. Great location and easy in and out! We will most definitely be back next year for family time!

Very nice place

This was a really nice condominium unit. 11th floor views were spectacular and that far up quiet also. It was 2 bed and 2 bath, with large living dining kitchen open area. Very clean when we arrived. Was really nice that they even provided shampoo/soap, etc, but also there were little three packs of laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergents, extra trash bags in each container, all of which was more then sufficient for the week. Great cable tv and smart tv allowed easy access to all streaming services. Balcony was perfect and accessible from living and bedroom. The included beach umbrella/chair service was excellent too. And while the beach service ( and parking too ) were first come first serve, we never had any problem at all getting chairs and/or parking. A lot of these small things really add up to save you some money and time. The office folks on ground floor were incredibly nice and helpful-best I have ever engaged with. Went out of way to help do things. Location was ideal to everything you would want ot do on 30A. We would not hesitate to go back again.

It was a wonderful stay! The unit was a little small, but it worked for our family of five. Beautiful updates. Loved riding bikes to Seaside. We were underwhelmed by some of the nearby food, but the coffee and donuts were awesome. The property had a gorgeous view! Loved being able to use provided beach chairs! Would come again for sure!

Beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo with great views and great food nearby. Very spacious. However it was very dusty throughout and the master bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best upon arrival. I had to go and buy cleaning products ourselves. With a good cleaning this place would be the perfect.

Family of 5 Beach Stay

Condo was perfect for our family of five (three teens/tweens). Decor is lovely, everything was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The kitchen had all the dishes needed for food prep. No food supplies at all (such as coffee, or even salt and pepper) which I'm sure is due to Covid precautions. For example, it's inconvenient to buy an entire package of coffee filters for the week's stay. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is a non-negotiable in my book. I brought a hair dryer, but there were two in the unit. Glad we brought our own beach towels. We used the three extra beach chairs for the kids, which were nice to have. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding to Seaside for shopping and food, and along the 30A bike trail. Beds were comfy, internet was great, and I especially enjoyed sleeping to nature's perfect sound machine, the ocean waves. Maybe next time will be a girls trip!

Noisy (this is an end unit, new construction just outside the wall). Queen bedroom: ceiling fan would not turn off ( pull chain missing), and window blinds would not close fully. Maintenance was prompt, but unable to correct problems.

Comfy Condo

I specifically select this condo based on comfortable furniture. Nice sofas and a lazy boy lounger.......and they were comfortable! I hate the condos that decorate with the beachy theme and put twin beds in the second bedroom. This condo had a king in the master and double in the second bedroom. Perfect for the two couple stay. No Kureg coffee maker, just the old fashion one and it broke but, the office quickly replaced. We also had a slow drain in the guest bathroom and the kitchen light didn't work but, again the office came quickly and fixed both issues. We did have problems with the Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. In TN will call them roaches and they were big! We sprayed and left traps so maybe it helped some. AC in master bedroom did not cool well but, think I would rent again.
